I made numerous trips and attempts over a 3 week period to purchase a 96" barn door hardware package. The first week the store employee was very helpful but could not make a sale due to component boxes missing pasts, the work parts in the wrong boxes and missing critical components to make a complete set of hardware ... the store employee said he was going to contact Hillman directly and have them make it right so I went back week after week for 3 weeks before ordering a complete system off eBay. Hillman is not doing right by Tractor Supply. Also as a side note I saved about 50.00 ordering off eBay.

After approximately 3-4 weeks one end of the couch cushion sunk down to where it was basically flat. The middle cushion the same thing but not as much. Third cushion was fine. The other problem was that the cushions all started fraying. The loveseat had hair stuffed in between the cushions. My wife went down to the store and told them of this problem on 07/29/2024. My wife was told that it was under warranty til 2025. A representative came out on 08/01/2024. He looked at the one end of the couch and said it was a factory defect. As for the fraying he said that would be a problem. Asked why and he pointed to my dog. Told my dog is not allowed on the furniture he didn't care. At that point I told him he could leave and thanked him for wasting my f#@kin& time. Got a call back the following day and was told there was nothing the would do because there was no warranty. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Here what I thought was a nice piece of furniture turned out to be anything but. Had it for two months and it looked like I had for 20 years. The furniture that I got rid of was in better shape and it was at least 15 years old. I would definitely be careful if you go there looking for "new" furniture. Definitely not a place to buy anything. If you do ,be very cautious and definitely do your due diligence. Will never set foot there again and will be telling friends and family to stay away,far away and go to a reputable retailer.
