Unfortunately, the service I've experienced here was not the best especially to a longtime customer like myself. The staff named Yvette, obviously doesn't know the details of the said promotion. She even questioned why my account got switched from TMo One to TMo Military one, it was embarrassing. She had to call TMo and confirm and that I can get the 50% off Samsung and was told yes, since my account is on Military Plan and my military status was verified. She did not apologize at all. I wanted to walk out, but since I have proper breeding, I just told her, I'd had to come back some other time. Even thanked her for her time, even though I felt insulted and disrespected. Normally in the civilian life, I would have walked out and lost my composure and threw tantrums at her.

During the waiting period, I was given a 3 day notice to prep for a 30 day field problem. Monster Computers did me a solid and worked on my PC while i was out in the field (as opposed to making me hold the parts and doing it upon return) so I could enjoy it once I was back. During this time, there were a few complications with broken parts I bought. I had very limited communication with them due to bad signal/being in the field, but for the small amount that I had, they helped out by returning the parts for me and using new ones i ordered to their location. They did absolutely everything they possible could to make sure that my computer was built and ready to go ASAP, giving me an impressive and stress free experience. I lost the receipt but I paid with a card, asked if they could exchange or refund the money back to the card I purchased it with. Jay said he could not. Called again and read them their return policy and I could see it was at his discretion so they were choosing to keep the money and not give the money back. I think this is fraud when you know you can track that item in your store and see that it was paid for and when you sell someone an item knowing it's not the right item. The least they could do is take the item back an give you store credit or a gift card for the price. I was really disappointed by the unwillingness of the manager Jay to even try to help. I will say this was a surprise.
