They are awesome! And they just barely opened. They help you with everything you need. I made sure I spoke to a gentleman named Angel. I really recommend this spot, and their deals are amazing too. 2 for $80 3 for $90 4 $100 and 5 lines for $125. Unlimited everything!!! Who can beat that? And now they run from ATT&t Towers! Guys yall really need to check this place out! So if you switch you also can get one of thier free phones. I have no complaints about this store in Dunn Nc, they finally have one in my home town. read more

While the first technician was repairing the charging port, he asked whether I also wanted to replace the battery because he said it was not in good condition. He explained that since the phone was already open, he could replace the battery for less than the normal price. I agreed. After he finished, I checked the battery settings and the battery performance was still showing 65%, the same as before the replacement. I asked him about this, and he told me that it would improve to 100% within 24 hours. He also told me that if it did not improve, I should bring the phone back within two days and they would replace it again. Unfortunately, the battery continued to perform the same way after the repair. I wasn't able to return immediately because of personal circumstances, so I went back about a week later. There was a different technician working that day. I explained what had happened and told him what the first technician had told me about returning if the battery did not improve. The second technician told me that he was not as experienced or trained as the first technician and did not want to open the phone to work on the battery. I left without the battery issue being resolved. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store for phone repair. I paid to have the battery replaced, but the battery performance remained at 65%, and when I returned to have the issue addressed, it was not resolved. I am also pursuing the matter through the appropriate channels regarding the charge.

I returned two weeks later to pay off the phone and inquired about the $35 fee. The salesman says it is a fee for transferring the data from the old phone to new one. Funny thing is... I did this, not the store. When he was told this the "setup fee" was then explained as just a fee some stores charge, and this is one of them. Even if I had bought the phone and left to complete activation on my own I would have been charged. Just writing this so everyone me knows up front that they will be charged an additional $35 to purchase a phone from this location. The salesmen will not tell you the fee is in addition to the $30 fee you get charged on your bill. If you buy it online through either the manufacturer or on Verizon's site, there is no "setup fee". Giving 2 stars only because they had all the accessories and phones in stock. Also, don't waste your money on the accessories here, you'll find them much cheaper across the parking lot at Walmart or online at places like Amazon.

She even questioned why my account got switched from TMo One to TMo Military one, it was embarrassing. She had to call TMo and confirm and that I can get the 50% off Samsung and was told yes, since my account is on Military Plan and my military status was verified. She did not apologize at all. I wanted to walk out, but since I have proper breeding, I just told her, I'd had to come back some other time. Even thanked her for her time, even though I felt insulted and disrespected. Normally in the civilian life, I would have walked out and lost my composure and threw tantrums at her.

Bought a backbone for a phone on Christmas Eve. Ask attendent if this was for a android he said yes…read moreeven asked if he was sure he said yes. Gave this as a gift to someone and found out it was for an I phone. Called and went back to exchange. I lost the receipt but I paid with a card, asked if they could exchange or refund the money back to the card I purchased it with. Jay said he could not. Called again and read them their return policy and I could see it was at his discretion so they were choosing to keep the money and not give the money back. I think this is fraud when you know you can track that item in your store and see that it was paid for and when you sell someone an item knowing it's not the right item. The least they could do is take the item back an give you store credit or a gift card for the price. I was really disappointed by the unwillingness of the manager Jay to even try to help. I will say this was a surprise.

It was fun, well run, and I just wish there was another one when it released on the switch.
