I went in to ask questions about trading in a phone for a new one. The representative asked to see my plan, but it didn't stop there. She went in and changed 3 plans without even asking me or my mother. Not even a word about changing plans was mentioned. She didn't even tell us she changed anything. We lost our Disney Bundle that had no ads, and she added one with ads for more money. The plan that we had for the Bundle is not a plan anymore, so she messed up our account. We would give them 0 stars if we could. We went in knowing we needed to get on a new plan. Traded in a new phone which we were told would cover a month or two of charges besides start up. We ended up getting completely screwed. It was a fun conversation, but incredibly inappropriate. The salesman was talking about illicit drugs, how his buddy was in jail. Very out of pocket stuff for a salesman at Verizon to say. When we had my practically new phone traded in, instead of putting it towards the cost of the phone he said he "would throw in a couple of cases for us" and told us to pick them out. I asked twice if they were free. He said yes absolutely. Skip to the end, he handed us a baggie of stuff after we signed the contract saying his manager is throwing these ones in too. We asked for free? He also said yes. It was after we signed the contract that we even knew about him giving us accessories. Skip to a month later, we had several issues with lines being switched over and no one on the plan being granted the account holder making access difficult. A counselor that was helping us through Verizon customer service told us all of our credits went to accessories. Here all the following charges we were told "he is throwing in for free": 2x 10 ft chargers $40 each 2x usb blocks $35 each 2x tempered glasses $$64.99 each 1 case $45 1 case $35 The counselor actually put him on the phone and he lied through his teeth saying "he's never told anyone anything is free". I told the woman about him talking about magic mushrooms, weed and his buddy in jail and if they pulled the footage he wouldn't have a job 5 minutes after she watched it. I made an appt for 11 am. Went to the store and the Asst. Manager Matthew was so rude and stayed we don't take appts here. I showed him my email and he stated loudly that we don't do that here. I asked him too lower his voice and he said I'm just loud deal with it. Then he stated that he couldn't help me with my issue and I had to do it myself. Ask I walked out the door, he called me stupid. Went to the Verizon store in Fuquay-Varina and they helped me with the same issue in 10 minutes!! read more
