Heard nothing Friday, waited almost all day Saturday and no one called so I personally called and got answering service. They took message and said the supervisor would call me. Made the call 3 times and no supervisor call. First thing Easter Sunday morning around 8 AM I get the call are on the way to my house. No breakfast, not taken my meds yet or shower. so it was cancelled. Next manager comes out days later, Madison. Oh, the lady Easter Sunday, said she did not call because this company has a scheduling problem. Now, this Madison who came which is a manager, said she was going to look into why no supervisor called , why the nurse who came Sunday, didn't call just show up. After talking with Administrator today, she had no knowledge of none of this. Well therapy started, was going well, until a week ago. I was at the point I was walking without a walker and cane at time, but PT did some exercises, that the next day was unable to walk, had to go back to walker and wheel chair. Knowing i had serious back problems from an MRI they had copies of, she apparently was doing exercises that effect the back. On April 30, 2024, while taking a shower, a blister popped on my lower leg where I am being treated by my Primary Care, with antibiotics and Triamcinolone twice a day. I took picture sent it to my Primary Care, before the open up Tuesday morning. Well this same PT lady, comes at 9:05 AM, see's the blister, panics, says I have to call your physician. I told her my physician already knows about it and picture sent to her early this morning. PT lady says I still have to call her. Note, Home Health care have good staff but many working there couldn't make it at big hospitals, so they have to either go to Nursing Homes to work or other places. So this PT lady sits in my living room, calling my Primary provider, she never mention who my Primary provider was to the person she was talking to, kept giving them a report. How to you expect my Primary Care to call her back to begin with. The entire time this PT person, left the message with wrong office. That is what she gets for not verifying it was Margaret Oxendine's office. Now read, the attachment that proves she talked to the wrong office. No wonder like my PC said this morning, they didn't get any report. Reckon not when PT person left it at the wrong office. I also called this Madison a week ago, she was in a meeting, the lady took my number and said, I will give it to Madison to call you. Eight days and no call back from a manager that sat in my kitchen doing the assessment that was upset over the events Easter weekend. She needs to practice what she preaches. I am filing a complaint with Corporate, with Medicare Intake in Raleigh, NC also. I made it clear to them yesterday, I don't want them back in my house. Jamie, Jackie, Cory were great, but PT service after some of the stuff she did and called in a complaint to the wrong office, no I will try to treat my self before they do further damage to me like a week ago. I will post the complaint with attachment showing PT called and gave report to wrong office. Is this a violation of Hippa, giving my information to the wrong office? If the person that this PT gave my personal information to isn't connected to epic, then Liberty has violated the HIPPA. Putting it on other sites tomorrow.

If she sees or suspects something that she thinks she cant handle, she will refer us to a specialist. Her bedside manner cannot be any better. She cares about her patients. Dr Holland is a good practitioner and i will always be grateful for the care she has given to me and my husband. I have been a Virginia resident my entire life, and moving to a new state can be overwhelming. Luckily, I have family in the area as this is where my mother's side of the family is originally from! My cousin, Mrs. Waller who I am very close with, personally and highly recommended Goshen Medical Center when I asked if she had any doctor's she thought were a nice office for my family to switch to as we are new to the area. Much to my surprise, the response I received on the phone from you after reading my medical file was not only rude - but extremely embarrassing and unprofessional. As a site leader for your office, I am extremely upset at your response that indicated I was doctor shopping or whatever the terminology may be because you read that I have prescriptions for PTSD, and severe anxiety, after a domestic violence incident I am still overcoming to this day. I can't believe my cousin would trust and respect a facility that treats new patients like drug addicts after passing judgement reading their medical files. I find it interesting after days of waiting for a response about being accepted as a new patient your only answer to me was "Dr. Holland doesn't prescribe pain medication, benzos, nor narcotics" as if that were my ONLY reason for contacting your office. Was this response warranted on your own accord, or was this a message relayed from you directly from Dr. Holland or the nurse practitioner Carie Brown? I want to make sure my formal complaint is addressed to the proper party. I absolutely do NOT recommend Dr. Holland nor this office. Thanks so much! Alicia F.

He is on the autistic spectrum with anxiety and ADHD. Without Mr. Martin, Hannah, Mary Ann and all the staff, life would have been difficult, and I feel that without their guidance, support and caring, Christopher would have been really left behind. There was so much for me to learn to help with his situation at that time. I feel that his success was due to their help for myself, as well as Christopher. He will be starting at JCC in August for computers classes, starting with certificates then will move forward in Cyber Security, coding and working towards his associate degree. He has some more medical issues he is being treated for, but Hannah got him referred to the best Dr for his issue and she follow up with us and his Dr. He sees Mr, Martin once a month and will continue until his age reaches 21. We trust Mr. Martin to refer him to someone that will support Christopher the way he has. This is long but I needed to share so that parents that have special needs would be in good hands. I thank them for the support they gave me.

Update: Now it's been almost 3 months to get an update on my sunglasses. Still, no one has called…read moreme back since the initial call a few weeks ago, when they were with a "rep," so I walked into the office today. They sent a young tech to tell me they couldn't find anything and asked me if I had received a call. I said no. I quickly gave her the history of what has been happening and about my call earlier in January. She dug around and pulled my file, and the poor thing had to tell me I had an additional $547 due. What?? It's been three months, and my initial visit was Dec 6, 2022. No one has attempted to call me to tell me I owe money and that they were not ordering my sunglasses, either. I paid in full for the sunglasses. WTH? I told her I was not mad with her, but the other ladies in that office for putting her on this, and their lack of backbone. I told her I'm done, I wanted a refund of what I had already paid, and they could have the glasses. She said she'd have to talk to Dr. Russ about the refund. I said I wanted to talk with him, as well. I waited. No Dr. Russ, but she appeared with a check for my initial eyeglasses, but not my sunglasses, so I came back the next day to get my second refund. Upon arrival, there was another couple on their phone outside, and based on what I heard, and after talking with her husband, they went through the same. Ordered glasses and after a month, and paying, no glasses! They were offered a check, too, but were hesitant. Evidently, I'm not the only "patient" going through the waiting game at this business. Better business bureau needs to know this, or even WRAL.
