Wait times are short to get called to the back. Theres always parking because of the size of the…read morelot. The office is always clean and there's plenty of seating. Staff is always courteous and friendly, never have an attitude. We love Dr. Sy, he always takes his time and really listens to The concerns of his patients and parents. He explains things thoroughly! We've also seen the NP Elena, who's very nice and listened to our concerns. Took the time to answer all our questions as well. We've always met Eddie, the PA, through telehealth calls and was also very friendly. He made sure to address any of our questions and concerns we've had, especially during this pandemic. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Roberson and Ram are wonderful people as well as educated doctors. Their staff is so helpful (when I've had to take the twins in by myself, their staff has helped me to my car). 1of my twins were sick this Christmas Eve and Dr. Roberson put her cooking on hold to open the office just for us. A few days later I had to take the twins in again for a recheck of their throats and Dr. Ram saw them. A few days later he called me to see how the twins were doing. Not sure where you can find this level of service anymore. I'm originally from NJ and I can tell you our pediatrician's office there NEVER called to check on my twins. Both Drs. Roberson and Ram take their time with you to answer ALL of your questions and explain everything to you in terms you can understand. Their bedside manner and sincere care for their patients shines through every time I bring my twins in to see them. I can't thank them enough for their time and dedication to the practice of pediatrics. We're just lucky to have found them.

I appreciated him listening to me and I mean really listening. He made such a lasting impression that when I got the news we were PCSing here this last summer I knew my girls had to get into his office. His staff is friendly and making an appointment was such a breeze. I drive from fort liberty and it is 100% worth it. She really listened to us when so many other doctors didn't (when my daughter had a milk protein intolerance or was trying to wean from her ng tube, for instance). She's quick to make referrals when necessary and is very prompt in responding to our concerns. But she especially shined recently, when my daughter had a medical emergency while we were traveling abroad. Dr Arora worked tirelessly late at night for hours to get us medication my daughter desperately needed but couldn't get abroad. Dr Arora's compassion for our plight and tenacity in getting a prescription through to a 24 hour pharmacy goes to show what a wonderful pediatrician she is. Every time I have called in the last 3.5 years saying my child feels sick and want them TJ be seen, I get a same day appointment. They are amazing with follow up calls and taking questions over the phone. We love her so much and feel so happy there. We know our kids are in good hands because everyone who works there is amazing. He made our first visit a priority and his extensive skill and experience put my mind at ease. He truly takes the time to get to know each patient.
