When you first arrive, due to Covid, you do have to call their line and they send someone out to do a quick temperature check and just to make sure you do not have COVID symptoms. Once they do this and you get the all clear, they send you in where you are directed to a room. They have always been quick and send you any surveys you have to complete prior to you arrive which is nice and once again makes the appointment go by very quickly. When the doctors come in they are very personable. I really feel like they not only know my child, but also would recognize her outside of the office if we ran into any of them. The final part is when they do their shots, they are super quick. Fantastic experience overall and very happy that our little one gets to go to such an amazing doctors office.
