We wanted to leave when Dr. Hill and Yolanda left, but after many years invested we stuck it out. You will have great difficulty getting an appointment and forget getting a sick appointment. We were told on several occasions, first thing in the morning, that they could not see my sick child for several days to a week. So when I got tired of paying urgent care bills, I took her to my family practice and am happy with the change. I now have no issue with being seen when we are sick. Everyone on the staff we spoke with have been extremely welcoming and supportive. And Dr. Pollock walked us through some of the scarier diagnoses our daughter has received and explained it with such clarity and warmth that we felt immediately better. We regret not living closer in the area long-term but Hanover Pediatrics has inspired us to look for as close a practice as possible to them wherever we are in the future. They set the bar very high.
