Your garment is ready for pickup!" Are you kidding me??? I made the trip back there today. Different guy. Guess what? They didn't clean it because of the "leather" decoration on it. It's actually pleather. I told him it had been dry cleaned several times already and he offered to put it through again. Do I look THAT stupid? I told him I would have to find a better place, got my money back, took my uncleaned coat and went home. Steer clear.
