Everything everyone says on here is true. Everything from the "up sells" and price hikes upon arrival, to an all around terrible job. He spent less than 10 seconds on each stair and only did the top of the stair and not the front. It did nothing but make our stairs wet. He also charged us for one more stair than we have, at $3 a stair!!!! See photo for leftover dirt and hair. Do not use this company, they are crooks. Terrible service. Used a rental type machine to shampoo carpets, they were left very wet, stinky, and very dirty. Upcharge was ridiculous, late appointment arrival, nill time spent in the house. We used a bissell carpet cleaner two days later and got better results, we think he just sprayed water in the carpet! They were also rather rude when originally scheduling the service. Don't even bother with their coupons. read more

Although I had a coupon, I expected to pay more as parts of my carpet were pretty soiled, not $200 more! When I called Joe to come back and clean the spots where I had obviously spilled coffee, he said they were "wear marks" sprayed some "carpet lightening" material and left. When I sent pictures of obvious stains, he said "what do you want me to do? I cleaned it". Trust me, the stains are not from wear and I got most of them out myself. read more

Cleaner called and said he would be at my house in ten minutes. Our appointment was at 2. I told him I would be there in 15 minutes. that was 1:45 that I would be at my home. He said he would be there at 1:40. At 2:10 he decided to arrive. Very rude. The price quoted was $100. He told me it would be $285. for stain treatment. I told him never mind. He wanted me to give him a $25.00 service charge check. No service to pay for so once again I told him to go. He stayed and used his phone. I was not going to pay for something that was way over the quoted price. When I call the office number the lady was very rude. Said that my dog had an issue and I was probably one of those people that keeps their dog in a crate. My dog has NEVER gone in my home. I have a husband that has Alzheimer's and there is staining from the main walk way to the bedroom, that John drops and spills food and drinks. This company is out of their realm to do business. She hung up on me. Told me I could take it up with a collection company for the $25.00 that they are going to bill me. Sad that someone feels that they can treat anyone without some form of business sense. I should have never opened the coupons that I get mailed monthly from a company. Please beware. read more

wish I could give negative stars !!!!!!! do not use this company!!!!!!!! worst company ever!!!!!! they pretty much soak your carpets and upholstery and leave it. then tell you after you complain of service that they don't have a vacuum system !!!!!! the whole point of carpet and upholstery cleaning is to clean and suck out the dirt!!!!! horrible customer service . the woman called and screamed at us for 20 minutes after they received our dispute for the charge. telling us we need to vacuum before treatment and after then had the audacity to tell me to vacuum my carpets and furniture more often- when I do so at least twice a week because I'm a neat /clean freak. Not as described on phone or in person. The guy showed up In His own vehicle and no professional attire or ID. He wouldn't stick around to show us what he did. When we looked he only moved 2 of the vent adjusters that was it nothing more he was here maybe 10minutes. I wouldn't recommend read more

Please stay away from Professional Clean. On Saturday April 17, 2021the guy Joe came to our home based on the coupon I had from Value Pack. The charge was suppose to be 59.00. He said that the coupon was not good for our service. He tried to charge us 799.00 for whole house service. We end up paying 200.00 for 4 vents that were in the great room because he said that was on other slab. Complete lie. He and his little red Honda was gone in 30 minutes. Buyer Beware. Worst company I have ever dealt with! The coupon says 14.95 per room and then I ended up paying $180 for one room to be so called deep cleaned. $96 was for sanitizing and Teflon stain shield which were added and never once spoken about. They are crooks and very rude. I wish I would have been home to deal with it instead of them completely taking advantage of the situation with my husband who really had no idea what we had already spoken about doing on the phone!! I would have told them no thanks and to LEAVE. read more

Stay away from this company!!! The guy showed up in a smart car, no professional equipment, no feet covers, nasty attitude. He wanted to charge me more than Stanley Steamers. He did a terrible job, the steam cleaner was a portable unit, with no suction. He used my hot water. Please stay away from this company regardless of how many times you see their coupons. read more

Professional Clean is more like a professional price increase. Will not quote over the phone. Only quote when they arrive to do work. I was gone wife was home. Unfortunately she got sucked in by there high price sales pitch. Wish I was here at home never again. I will now always be at home to discuss quotes on future jobs to have done. We had coupon for 39 dollars for all vents. Which was honored. Then they did 2 mains 200 each for 400 plus the 39 plus she wanted the 11 vents sanitized for 9 dollars. Fine with but not 200 for each main very expensive beware. read more

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY TO DO ANYTHING. I scheduled this appointment for a Saturday morning. The party was due to start at 9:00 am. Come 9 Am, I receive a call with a lame excuse why the worker hasn't arrived & asked for me to reschedule. I told her no I'm not reschedule I need it done now due to relatives coming to town. The female on the phone kept talking over me, then she blames it on the Pandemic,,,,really. From what I'm seeing on the other reviews, I grateful, they didn't make it to my house. read more

Negative Rating: Never ever use their services as they misinform you. All vents in $39 bucks is a farce. They just blow inside the vents which pushes all dirt deep inside the system. Their guy came and asked me as to what did I actually wanted. I said clean vents in $39 read more

If I could give this company a 0 star review, I would. These people are very unprofessional. They are very rude. The guy they sent was super rude and tried to sell me more products. Did not spray my carpets and was mad when we told him just do what the living social voucher says. He finished "profesional cleaning" two rooms' carpet in 5 min. Really, 5 min to steam clean two rooms? The guy was rude and when I called to complain about the lack of service and poor job, the lady on the phone was yelling and defending his employee. Lack of costumer service and rude loud ppl. Do yourself a favor and never hire this company unless you want to hire a second company to do it again. Not a single positive review. That should tell you everything you need to know about this company. Go to the bottom of this business Yelp review and click on review not currently recommended. Those are reviews that for some reason are not showing on top of the page. All negative. Everyone to include the person that arrived are very rude and unprofessional and do a mediocre job. I just bought a house and wanted to get the carpets cleaned before I moved everything in. My mom found this place that said they'd do a deep clean of 4 rooms for $90 so I said ok go ahead and schedule it. I work during the day so she scheduled it when she could be at the house while I'm at work. They get there and tell her it's now going to be $200. When she protested and said she wanted the rate that they promised her the guy told her she either has to pay $200 or he had to go because he has more jobs to do. My suspicion is they do this all the time because they know how long it takes to get another appointment somewhere else. Then he somehow did a "deep clean" of 2 bedrooms, a hallway, and a living room in a half hour. To top it all off when he was packing up the car to leave he forgot something and just walked straight from outside across the carpet he just cleaned with his shoes on. By far the worst experience I've had with any type of service I've used. read more

Today, I had a horrible experience with Professional Clean Carpets and Vents! The carpet tech, Joey, gave me a price to clean my stairs and hall and I agreed to get them cleaned. After he cleaned my first room, my family room, I felt how saturated with water my family room carpet was when I stepped on it. I told him I did not want the stairs, hall or even the rooms on my Living Social voucher cleaned. I said that I was going to call Stanley Steamers and he could take my LS voucher and go. I did not want him even touching my other rooms that I paid for with the voucher! When I was on the phone he went and sprayed chemicals on my carpet and he was very haughty and said, "that I said yes to him cleaning the stairs and that he had already mixed the solution. He was packing up and was not going to clean the stairs because i said i was not going to pay and I took his nozzle because he was just going to leave it damaged. The police were called and he did end up cleaning the stairs but now they are a saturated, muddy, mess! I called and spoke to Michelle, the owner and said she should come see the saturated towels I used to sop up the mess! She said since I did not pay for the carpet cleaning on the stairs, that it was not a concern of hers since I was not a customer. I would advise anyone "buyer beware"! Michelle advised me to stick with companies I know and that Stanley Steamer uses a different system. PCC uses a portable system and that would be fine if they did a good job, but they did not! I would also say they are anything but professional! This was the worse company I have ever dealt with and I really suggest again BUYER BEWARE! Barb Toman (With damaged carpets) read more

I had an appointment scheduled with this company between 1-11. I had to call at 11 because they had not shown up. The woman answered the phone was rude and pushy. She then tells me they won't be here until 12. Very rude very unprofessional! I cancelled! read more

I came home from grocery shopping and there was an unmarked red Honda Fit in my driveway. I got out of the car and asked who the man was. He said he was there to clean our vents and that he had been sitting their for ten minutes. I asked him who hired him and he said my husbands name. He claimed that he had the wrong phone number for my husband by one number. I called my husband before letting him in and found that my husband hired this company to clean our two main air vents in our house after finding a coupon in the town money saver for a $39 whole house vent special with a bonus free cold air return cleaning. I was unaware that they were even coming that day and unaware of the coupon since it was on our fridge and my husband forgot to tell me. He did in fact though speak to the company and told them he had the coupon as well as spoke to Joe who was at our house to clean the vents. Joe and my husband then spoke on the phone again and my husband verified that he had the coupon and told Joe what exactly he wanted to be done. After being at our house for literally ten minutes, Joe charged me $214.00 cash or credit. Unknowing of the coupon, I gave him $215.00 cash and he didn't even have change for a $1.00. He left and that's when I noticed he left dust all over our living room. My husband texted me as he was leaving asking if he could clean another vent but it was already too late since he had already left. Later that night, my husband came home and found out how much he charged us and was irate due to the fact that he did not honor the coupon and took advantage of the fact that I was unaware of the coupon on the fridge that him and my husband had spoken about over the phone. My husband then called the company inquiring why they charged us the amount that they did and why the coupon was not honored. He also asked for a refund and they denied us of one even though on their receipt it says that they would refund all but $25.00 if dissatisfied. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and claimed she was the owner and that she could have Joe come back out but we would not be refunded our money. When we looked up the address of the company it was linked to a residential address that was linked to Joe. After looking at their website none of the numbers added up. These people cannot keep their lies straight. Do not do business with this so called company! We learned our lesson the hard way. Always look at reviews before hiring help! read more

Zero stars. My husband called and the person he spoke with told him lies, that they would clean the main air conditioner vent for a set amount of $ 39.99. Which was a lie, the moment the tech person arrived he told my mother in law it would not be the agreed upon amount...but thousands then he demanded cash but settled for her credit card information. Since she is 72 he intimidated and lied to her and forced her to accept a additional charge for a service she on social security could not afford. We now have to watch her credit to be sure he doesn't try to bill her card again. They have false advertisement and then try to up charge. read more

I was very pleased with the work the company (Joey) has done. He helped me understand what the coupon actually covered and explained the extra services that were needed to make the carpeting look clean. People need to realize that the coupon on living social.com only covers the basics, nothing extra, nor the stairs. I had pet stains so I was prepared to pay the extra. My carpeting looks super clean. Thanks so much! read more

I responded to a coupon for $39 whole house duct cleaning. Some Jeff in a small red Honda arrived and was aggressively trying to sell me services for hundreds of dollars. He did not seem to have any intention ( and most likely was not equipped) to cover the services indicated in the coupon and demanded that I would sign wavers etc. "Jeff " actually admitted to being a sales person. Company would not honor the Living Social Deal that I purchased. Michelle explained that any poor review I listed, that she did not care, she would just remove it. Then she had John Rupp, the owner, call me. When I didn't speak with him that day, he called and left me a voice mail at 11;09pm threatening me and call me a lying piece of sh!* motherfuc*!#er, among other things. When I spoke with him the next week, it was much of the same along with threats that he knows where I live. I would definitely steer clear of this company!! read more

More like UNPROFESSIONAL Clean Carpets and Vents. The representative they had come to our house was not only late to his appointment, but rude and unprofessional. After telling us 3 different numbers for extra room costs, he incorrectly measured rooms, and tried to charge us extra "tax" dollars because we asked him to do the stairs in substitution of completing rooms. Seems like one of those bait and switch companies. Regardless of us trying to say we didn't want him to do the work, he said he was getting paid either way because we already paid for the service. Before you consider this company, decide if you want to wait around for an unmotivated and careless person with a terrible attitude assist you. Also, they'll charge you for everything under the sun - I'm probably getting charged as we speak for writing a review. Honestly, I can't even speak to the quality of the work bc he's still in the basement cleaning or coming up with things to charge me with. Needless to say I will not be using them again. read more

Not a very satisfied customer. Person who scheduled my appointment was somewhat gruff & spoke quickly. Claims she said cash or credit but I don't recall a conversation about payment & she never informed me the company does not accept checks. Technician showed up on time & was very nice but proceeded to quote me $500 OVER the estimate that was given on the phone. They have "coupons" to lure in appointments & then tack on stuff at the visit that is not quoted or discussed in setting the appointment. In getting ducts cleaned, you can't just do vents & not the main lines or the leftover dirt just travels. They did not inform me of that when setting the appointment for the $40 duct "special" & those main lines cost $200 EACH!!!! I still have stains on my carpet & was never informed of the additional charge on $1/step for stain guard. (And, the back of each step was DRY, not even touched, but I did not discover this until after the technician left).) I was told a price that said everything was included but, apparently stairs are extra. I got the services done so as to not waste anyone's time & having to rearrange my schedule again. NOT HAPPY about the quality of work or about the fact I paid $864 in services that were originally quoted around $350. I called to inform them of my feelings about my services & I got a half hearted apology & a promise to forward my message to the person's partner. I hope their communication is better than what I got. I would NEVER recommend this company. read more

Very unprofessional company. Walk through the door looking to up sale you on a service. The service that they actually did was horrible half effort job. It was done by who I was told was the owner. Please check out there bbb reviews before using them PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! We contacted this joke of a company from a $39.00 coupon for whole house vent cleaning service. Upon arriving for the service the "tech/owner" enters my home to immediately try to up sale me on a main vent and furnace cleaning service for the cost of $320.00. I told him that i didnt want it and he seems to get irritated that I didnt want the up sale. He tell me that the vent service wasnt gonna do much just clean the heat vents. So I then say well I wasnt looking to spend that kind of money today and I would contact them back when I was ready. He tells me there will be a $25.00 travel fee and I said at that point you can do the $39.00 vent cleaning service. He then instructs me to unscrew and remove all of my own vent covers so he could start. (Why would I have to do this?) He then collects my credit card info before he got started( seemed odd). He then bring in a wet vac and stuck it in each vent for roughly 3 seconds each. His service took 10 mins total for 8 vents and a cold air return that I never seen him do. I then called and talked with Mellissa, but i called as a new customer to ask what the vent cleaning included. I asked her do they remove the vents. She told me yes. I asked her do they wipe down inside. She said yes and we also use a brush and vacuum. I then let her know who I was and how I was not satisfied with the service. She became very aggressive and wouldn't even let me explain what I wasnt happy with. Our interaction was very unprofessional and rude on her behalf. I wish there was somewhere on here to upload pictures of there service. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! The only reason I gave them ine star is because you have to leave a star read more

Unprofessional, unconcerned guy arrived late to clean our air ducts. Unscrewed SOME of our vents, cold air returns, not all of them. Put a hose down a couple of them one at a time saying he didn't need to do them all, turned on his machine, and walked away to write up the bill. We presented the $39.00 coupon out of the "Market" magazine for "Whole House Vent Special with a Bonus of Free Cold Air Return". The ad says, "Includes unlimited vents per zone. Also available : Mains, Furnaces & Cold Air Returns At An Additional Charge." That "additional charge" turned out to be $441.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We continue to have an outrageous amount of dust in our home, nothing has changed. Each month when I change the furnace filter, there is still a tremendous amount of dust on the old filter. When our flooring guy came to redo our floors, he took off our living room vent to lay down the carpet and laughed and pulled out an old pop bottle and some loose insulation inside of the clogged up vent!!! Has asked, "How long ago did you have your ducts cleaned out, I think it's time!" I'm pretty sure "Professional Clean" ripped us off BIG TIME!!! read more
