Not sure why this place has a 4+ star rating. I called at 9:50am this morning asking if they could take me in 10 mins for a gel manicure. They said yes, asked my name, and said they'd see me in 10 mins. I walked in and no one greeted me. I was real excited though to see that the first girl who greeted me spoke very good English and we had a nice conversation while she got the gel on my nails softened up with acetone and foil wraps. I say there with acetone on my nails for 30 f*cking minutes. I'M PRETTY SURE THAT'S NOT THAT GREAT FOR MY HEALTH. I walked out at 10:35am, super pissed off. NEVER AGAIN. Update: Since I can't directly reply to the owner, I'll do it here. I could have easily been told that there was a wait. Someone could have yelled over to me, "I'll be there in 5-10 minutes..." but no one said anything to me and certainly not as I was walking out. Not everyone has 30 minutes to wait. I agree that you greeted me as soon as you could, but there were about 4 other people in the shop who said nothing to me so I stood and looked at the colors. And we had a nice conversation and you seem like a very nice person, but I was completely neglected after. This review is not about you but my experience as a first time customer. And certainly I am correct in being upset about this because it was NOT professional to tell me to come in and wait 30 minutes with my hands wrapped in acetone. The longest I have ever sat with my nails wrapped in acetone is 15 minutes MAX. Your reply doesn't rectify how much time I wasted considering I was on a schedule. A simple, "Thank you... We're sorry... Would love to have you come in so we can hopefully change your mind..." etc... Just that would have helped me change my mind or take my review down, but because you're trying to prove me wrong, you're only proving how terrible your customer service is. Like I said... Went in to get a gel manicure and dipped nails and a spa pedicure 2 days ago. I'm really bummed considering I go to this place often since it's so close to me. The lady who did my toes was a lot nicer then Lynn who did my manicure! When I went in to the salon let me just say the lady who was doing my nails was very RUDE! Had no customer service at all! She kept bending my fingers and sighing and rolling her eyes every chance she got! I ignored it, I get it sometimes people have a rough day! But then she starting brushing my nails hard, I should of just asked for someone else at that moment! After barely being one day old one of my nails chipped and the other the nail polish is starting to come off! I paid $45 for my gel manicure which was a crappy job! I was going to my nail guy regularly but he's a further drive for me! I'm very disappointed!!! I see not many long nail acrylics much so here's one was a process of about 2 hours. Seems like it can get a little busy from the amount of people that came in, but lucky enough I just did a walk-in & got sat down after about 10 minutes. ( But I do recommend doing an appointment! ) I didn't get the name of the nail tech, but I'm really satisfied with her work. My friend and I had an appt for a pedicure. We both purchased the same package. The young woman who did my pedi finished 20 mins earlier than my friend. I believe it was because there was another customer waiting. Also, my pedicure was supposed to include callus removal. My friend received the callus removal but I did not. I told her than I wanted a firm foot which she did not understand. She looked over to her coworker who told her what I wanted. There was a language barrier. This place is my favorite spot to go to to get my nails done. I always have Christine do my nails. I'm very picky and particular and Christine is so sweet and patient with me. She does it how I like it and she's amazing talented at 3D designs. I always have to get a design on my nails of else I feel like it's too plain. Prices are affordable here and the owner is professional and great. I went here so often that he didn't charge my kids to get their nails painted. I came in after my sister recommended it and I love it. I am very particular and big on pedicures as I get regular ingrown and Vicky did a splendid job on taking them out. The owner is very attentive and makes sure you are well taken care of. They offer complimentary refreshments. This is definitely not the best place to get a facial. The equipment is a lil outdated the steamer was not working properly but I laid there and decide to let the quality of the facial speak for itself. I got home and was disappointed when I realized I still had a face full of black and white heads. I give it a 5 star for the nail service but a 2 star on its facial service. Anyways I came here almost two weeks ago for the first time came in as a walk in and very close to closing time and they did not turn me away the way most places do when you get to there last minute. while I waited for the nail tech to be done I was offered to sit on one of the spa chairs mind you I wasn't getting a pedicure received a massage was offered magazines and coffee. I was also offered wifi and when I said it was okay because my phone was about to die I was offered a charger(iPhone). Talk about customer service. I had my daughters with me and they were kid friendly my youngest daughter spilled her drink and the owner was very understanding not like most places were they would start speaking their native language and make you feel uncomfortable. Had the worse experience ever. Went to get my nails done full set acrylic and I showed her the design I wanted. After she's done she noticed that the design in the photo needs pink powder. The lady was so unprofessional I had to leave with no color on my nails. I still payed $46 for the bad work when I had to go to a different place to get them done. I decided to come here because it was recommended by a friend but I really should've listened to the reviews I read. The staff was nice and did everything in a timely manner however my nails did not last at all. I actually ended up going back on the 3rd day of having my acrylic set to get 2 replacements because they lifted and came clean off! The staff was nice enough to fix them for free but I really just didn't expect my nails to start lifting right away! I think yesterday marked a week and 3 more fell off. I do get them a longer length which I've heard lifts faster but that's no excuse for them to be coming off that soon. Just know that you are somewhat getting what you pay for when you come here. (for acrylics that is) To some extent I do feel slightly ripped off but whatcha gonna do :/ read more

More like unprofessional nail, my girlfriend went in to get a pedi done and it came out good. BUT she ended up with a nail fungus from their tools!! Very disgusting! She called them to let them know and ask if they sterilize their tools the lady rudely told me "only if you request it, costs $5 extra". So they know they use disgusting tools but only use it on extra paying customers. She will never go there again. Again very disgusting. Sterilization should be done weather you pay extra or not. Came here to get a mani/pedi cause I wanted to look good for my Hawaiian vacation, right. Lady that did my pedi did a good job turning my indian feet into princess feet. The nail polish didn't last more than a week though and usually I can rock feet polish for a month without chipping. Meanwhile Lee was in charge of my mani. She convinced me to get the gel, I said why not, I'm going to Hawaii I need this to look to last me the whole week. One of her regulars comes in and she greets her and proceeds to RUSH my mani taking all of 2 minutes, then she starts painting the base coat and I said, "Aren't you going to file my nails?" She says she already did, so I had to point out uneven corners because my nails weren't even shaped. So I asked her again to file my nails and she goes on about how she doesn't want my nails to be too short. I could hardly understand her and she couldn't understand me so I just gave up. Then she rushed the paint job and ran off to her regular customer. My cuticles were half cut and painted on, A couple of my nails were crooked which could have been fixed by filing straight! I just looked at my uneven painted nails disgusted and upset. I didn't even want to pay. Few days later the gel is already peeling where she painted on my cuticle skin. I will never, ever go there again! I need a good nail lady that I can trust and I will go to her every time. So tired of dealing with people doing half ass jobs. read more

I usually like to go here because I live near by and they do a pretty good job. I called in yesterday to go in and was told they were booked and i could go in tomorrow so they scheduled me for today at 545. I got there at 540 and the doors were locked. There was also another lady outside who had an appointment at 6. When they opened the door they told us they were closed even though we said we had an appointment. They looked at the schedule and our names were there with our appointment times. I get it's a holiday and everyone wanted to leave but it was unprofessional to turn two completely different customers w appointments away. The other lady that was there for the 6pm appointment was able to get a pedicure though so at least she was able to get some help.
