I got a gel manicure here today and I had Teresa I felt like she was rushing through my service she was very rough and her hair kept getting in the polish. She made almost every one of my cuticles bleed and she didn't even acknowledge that she did. Also the manicure itself was not great the polish was all over my skin and when I asked her to fix it she said she couldn't. I will not be returning to this nail salon I was very disappointed. read more

Very clean nail place, I got Amy as a walk in for a fill and have gone back since. She is great and so kind. They give a discount if you pay in cash! Also love how many gel color options they have!!! read more

Clean place and quick service and if it wasn't for the manicurist I would've given 5 stars. Not that it was bad but after the 5th time of her trying to charge me $5 (the last was to sing) I got annoyed. I mean really the first 2 or 3 were not bothersome but she didn't stop! Why no design it's only $5, no buffing? Why it's only $5. Come on $5 for the chair massage. You can carry something to far, then it becomes annoying. read more

I was very impressed by ProfessioNAIL. Nancy was so nice and friendly! She was also very helpful and honest. Since it was my first gel manicure, she walked me through the process and gave me honest advice on colors so I would not regret anything. My nails came out great and look very cleanly done. I highly recommend going, if only for the great service! read more

They do a very good job but push services. My daughter came out with basic acrylic nails costing $34 w/ discount. i also said I did not want the pink wax for my feet and next thing I know she slipped my feet in the baggie. Too late to say again I didn't want it. i paid for it since I rcd. the service. I won't go back to this salon. I think they also have deceptive advertising. Discounts are from Mon-thurs. placed in small print on their ad board. read more

This is a wonderful salon! I have been coming to see Tiffany for several year and always enjoy my experience, and my nails have never looked better! You are always greeted warmly by the staff. read more

Lilly was the best. Tiffany stayed past closing so we could have pedicures. It was wonderful. They are very friendly and have fair prices. read more

Very poor experience . . . most the time I usually only get my eyebrows done here by Tiffany only because shes the only one who listens to what I want. And I recently started getting my nails done and the 2 times ive gotten them done I wasn't satisfied because the nail polish was very sloppy and they don't last , mine lasted about 2 weeks . . . and when I got them done the 2nd time the guy cut me making me bleed . . But the most annoying thing about this place is they try to get you to get more things like gel and when you say no they sneek it on saying its free and then charge you for it at the end . Very rude people and they gossip way to much ! wont be going back ever again . read more

Don't go there! Got my nails done with gel and they bubbled and peeled off in one day. Went back and they redid them, they did the same thing, all peeled off. I called and told the owner, I said I am getting ready to travel and i cannot get back there and I would like a refund, 2x and both the same result. I said I can send you pics to show you, he would not refund. Tried to tell me all his labor costs etc, REALLY, how about that I paid 40.00 and had to drive there twice and now have to go and get them done somewhere else. Then he said he would refund 5.00 - uhhhhm, save it, I would rather let people know dont waste your time or money. Nails are a mess and they do not honor their work. read more

Quoted us three times what we ended up paying and gave us misinformation on what was required to do the nails we wanted. We won't be back.

Customer service is in the toilet. They need training. A lot of what others say resonate. I won't go back. Set my daughter up in the pedicure chair right by mine. She was left hanging because the girl that started her had to leave b/c her scheduled appointment showed up. We were a scheduled appointment. My 6yo didn't understand why she had to sit in a bath of tepid water waiting. I didn't either and complained. Gal that did my toes tried to upsell the basic service. I declined. The effort she put out on my foot scrub was pathetic. She barely pushed my cuticles down for removal and left old paint on that I had to point out for removal. Anxious experience between hawking service for my daughter and having a less than stellar performance by my girl. Then onto the gel nails for my hands... paint all over my cuticles, cold soaking water. Oh and did I mention my daughter asked for extras which I okay'd and the guy that took over and did her nails ignored her request for a rhinestone in the middle of the flowers on her thumbs. Is the money less green that is paying for a child? I would suspect this joint is a crap shoot as to whether or not you get good service. Very disappointing that hard earned money was spent on an anxious hour plus experience. Oh and my daughters polish began chipping within 24 hours. Don't know if he put a top coat. read more

Just returned from the worse pedicure I have ever received. The technician was Anna. To begin, I put my feet in the bath to have it luke warm with cold water coming out of the spout. The "massage" consisted of light touch to the point of irritating "up and down" motion on my legs, with no massage given at all to my feet. She left loose skin on my toes, as well as my old polish partially still on (that would have come off if she had buffed the nails). She failed to buff my toenails nor any of the typical hard areas of the bottom of your foot (heels, sides of big toe), which I do a better job in my shower. She spoke in another language to the man next to her the entire time, and truly made it well known she did not want to be there. The icing on the cake is she was about to polish, having never clipped or filed my toenails (she also hurt me when doing one nail once I asked that she shape them and she was rough when cleaning under the nails). Earlier during the "pedi" she took one swoop of her file lightly across the top of each nail - that did NOTHING. I had to ask her to trim and file my nails. She never bothered buffing them. It was the worst experience I have had of the many pedicures I've received. I gave them a shot for the first time and will never be returning. There are better places to choose from at like prices. It wasn't even worth the discount they were offering today. That service was worth no more than $10. Spend your $ elsewhere. read more

If I could give this place zero stars and still leave a review I would. Any time I have come here they always do a terrible job. They are rude and always in a hurry and today the woman, holly, who did my nails not only was in a rush she hardly said a word to me. When I asked to see the gel colors she rolled her eyes at me and then practically slammed the samples down in front of me and walked away. Once I picked my colors she proceeded to start on my nails, I asked her to just file my nails because I didn't want them short as they were fairly long and j just wanted them shaped. I ended up with short nails anyway and when I let her know I was not happy she filed them so short she proceeded to argue with me about it. After that she started on the gel. The gel manicure is awful and looks sloppy, probably because she was in a hurry and looking away half the time as she was doing them, she seemed to be preoccupied like her mind was elsewhere, not once did she speak a word to me other than when she tried arguing with me. Once the gel was dry all she said was "ok done" and walked away, nothing else no "thank you for my business" or anything. She did an overall poor job. My cuticles look hacked at, she cut my thumb, gave a half assed hand massage, the gel polish is awful and my nails were filed way too short and not even in the shape I asked for. And she didn't even offer to fix any of it knowing I was displeased. I suggest that if you are looking for a place to get your nails done go elsewhere. I will not be returning and I suggest you avoid coming here. They are definitely unprofessional and their work reflects it. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is garbage. I asked for short thin acrylics & I got long thick uneven nails. I tipped 3$ for my 41.00 nails & 3.00 for my 6$ eyebrows. We can obviously see who did the better job. When I called the next day to ask for my money back the man at the front told me I would not be able to get my money back & I could come in to get it fixed. Why the eff would I go back when you couldn't get it right the first time!?!?!? I explained that to the manager he said I would not get my money back they take their time to do nails & the money is for labor. I explained he did not have it posted that there was no refund & I deserve my refund. He insisted on no. So from my 53$ total I said give me 30$ he insisted on 20$ until I said I was going to complain to the board of barbers & cosmetology he agreed to give me 30$ of my money back. This place is horrible, smells like mold in the back when you get your eyebrows waxed I recommend you find somewhere else to get your nails done. read more

I was happy the first couple of times I walked in for a basic "spa" pedicure (though they always try and up sell callus remover, flower, etc). The price was $16 and a dollar discount for cash. This time, just 2 weeks later, I went in and the price had shot up to $19. There is nothing "spa" like about this spa pedicure. No pillow on the lap, no offer of tea or water. They clean the bowl under your legs while your nails are drying or just before they paint them. Swishing cleaner under my legs and bumping me is not "spa"like! The worst thing is the technicians constant private conversations and use of their personal cell phones. This last time Jimmy was texting with one hand and massaging my calf with the other. And by massaging, I mean touching. You can NOT text and focus on a client at the same time. He and another gentleman technician kept turning their heads away from their clients and chatting and staring at clients - it is just plain RUDE and uncomfortable. He didn't offer to help me into my sandals or come back and check on me. It was wam, bam, you are done maam! The manager should heed these Yelp! Reviews and forbid cell phone use during service, limit the chit chat, and bring it up a notch if you are calling yourself a "spa". read more

I went in for a pedicure with my friend. I asked the woman that was doing my pedicure if she could please take out one of my ingrown nails. She said yes, but only cut the side of the nail and moved on to putting the lotion. Usually when a person does it right, they take out about half an inch of your nail vertically on the side. I've received enough pedicures to know when an ingrown nail is taken out. I could clearly tell she didn't take my ingrown nail out because as she started to polish my nails, she gripped the toe nail and it still hurt. When she finished polishing my nails, she asked if I wanted a flower design. I looked at my toe nails and noticed they were clumpy! They looked so bad, and she was ready to let me go like that! I showed her how it was clumpy, and she did a sigh of attitude, and started rubbing the polish off. She never looked at me when she was done re doing only ONE of the THREE nails that looked bad. As she ended, she proceeded to put my sandals on with no caution of possibly touching one of my wet nails. She relayed that she was upset and gave me attitude. Horrible customer service on her part. Making a customer feel uncomfortable and not doing what was simply asked in a polite manner isn't a way to treat a customer. Never coming here again. read more
