Went as a walk-in since I was shopping, it was super busy. I only wanted to just remove my gel polish, but staff were so nice enough they had me on the side to get the job done. Will come here again later to try have my nails done but will try by appointment.

I made an appointment online the night before from a recommendation from a friend that goes to this salon and decided to get a gel fill and pedicure with Lan. The moment you walk in, you sign in on the iPad with your phone number and then go to the assigned desk. I had a broken nail and Lan magically fixed it! I then started my fill and she and I hit it off. We immediately fed off of each other's vibes and had good conversation. She makes sure that you're happy with the everything about your nails, whether it be the shape, color, and design. As you know going to a new nail salon can be a little daunting, but Lan exemplified great customer service and as a plus, she's so funny and really made this whole experience enjoyable. So, if you're looking to get your nails done with quality work and service, look no further and go see Lan! I promise, she won't disappoint!

I was headed to my usual nail salon but the H-1 traffic was horrible. I made a U-turn and headed to Professio Nails in Waikele shopping center. I called ahead and they take walk-ins. Perfect I arrived to see almost every Pedicure seat filled. 6 out of the 8 Nail chairs were filled as well. Professio has staff and they aim to please. Just friendly and down to earth. It was good to hear everyone talking story and laughing. Just a great feel in the atmosphere. Their prices are comparable to everyone else. Basic Gel Pedicure without the frills $52. The prices increase from there according to your need. I added the price list in the pictures for those who need it . The young lady who did my pedicure has an eye for detail. She took care of ingrown nail bed without asking. The tipping policy is cash only or Venmo. I was in and out in good time. It was worth the turnaround from the traffic. Mahalo

I went here because of a previous manicurist who is no longer there. Big mistake! Nails were uneven, hardly any cuticle work, files like she dislikes you, and she said she'd give me a round shape because my nails weren't long enough but my nails look unnatural and round in general! I can't over the shape! This was $85 not including tip. it's comical. The unevenness is hilarious and my nails are all at different lengths.

Excellent and fast service at Professio Nails, not many places offer magnetic polish, so I was super happy they had it available, it even matches my Labubu The staff were really sweet, friendly and accommodating! I had car trouble earlier and had to call to move my appointment to 30 minutes later, they were understanding of my situation and moved it back. Definitely coming back again, maybe with a different Labubu so I can match my nails again lol.

So busy but so efficient! My boyfriend made me an appt Friday night for Saturday morning at 9 am when they open, got out by 10. Got a nude cats eye with gold chrome accents and she did really well! Came out to $100 and I'm ok with that bc how fast she did, no hand massage thought but that's ok bc she was so efficient.

I've been looking for a new nail salon closer to me and I'm so glad I came to professio nails. I accidentally booked the wrong service on their website but they were accommodating and were able to do the nails I wanted. I wanted French nails with 3D flowers and Tina was amazing. I've gotten so many compliments from my customers on my nails. I love it I also had a pedi done by Le and they were both great! Definitely coming back next month for my vacation nails. They were busy once so I went to a new place. The new place effed up my nails to the point my whole nail was falling off. So be sure to call for reservations if u wanna go here. I love it here. I was so upset the new place messed my nails up but professionails came thru once again. Every time I walk in they know I'm not gonna be simple. Lives the money look so went for it a second time and this time I loved it even more. The young guy took care of me once again. He's cool. Always get my nails right. This was my first time trying out this nail salon. I can't even tell you ladies that my experience here was 10/10. Highly recommend this nail salon. My nail tech who did my nails was Lan and she aced it and met my expectations. She was very professional and knowledgeable about nail care and also, suggesting what's best for the nails. But it's all your preference on what you prefer on doing on your service. Originally I had dipped powder from another nail salon didn't last long, so Lan suggested trying Gel and Lan was telling me every detailed step of the process of Gel. And I was amazed. Love Lan her vibe is very comforting. Ladies if you're looking for a nail art and someone who'll tell you what to expect in your service of what you want to do in honesty. Or someone who cares about your nails. Book with Lan. The staff and the owner are all very welcoming when you walk in thru the door. You'll be helped immediately or in a timely manner. Just be patience with the staff and everyone in there are working hard.

Wow, a grand opening and I'm so happy to have come! Amy and Ana are so attentive and so sweet. To be honest, everyone is so friendly here! You know, some nail salons make you feel unwelcome or you just get a little anxious when another language is spoken in front of you, but not here! A lot of fluent or close to fluent English speakers, but even the aunties that don't make you feel so comfy and welcome. I'm happy with my visit and will definitely return. It's gorgeous in here, AC is constant so it isn't wreaking of chemicals. I can go on, but you guys get it! Visit yourself and you'll see! read more

My other half and I used to come all the time & never had complaints. We haven't gone in a while since we've been so busy lately. Anywho, 2 days before I'm due to leave the island for a 2 week vacation we decided to get pedicures and I'll would also get a manicure as walk-ins. It was great that the employees that did my nails have done mines in the past but idk what went wrong!? Maybe new product or something, but this has never happen. During my pedi she goes a little too hard and cuts/burns me on my big toe which is healing so no picture attached and it's my fault for not saying anything about this. Gel lasts longer than a week and I've been told by them "gel better it lasts longer". And it's been a week and a day (now 2 since I'm only now able to write this review) since I got them done and all the pictures are what they look like now and I've started to noticed them looking funky earlier in the week. read more

If you're looking for a go to nail salon, this is it! I came in on a Saturday and it was EXTREMELY busy (that's how you know a salon is good). First off, that star rating is a bit much but because the customer service was great it's whatever. Not even an hour after leaving the salon, TWO of my nails came off. I did not do anything crazy and I don't even know how or when it came off. $50 for a gel pedi? Never again. read more

Heyyyyy... it's a late review but I just can't think of any other place apart from this place. I highly recommend them. Lan helped with my nails and she is a professional flower designer (the best). Lee a very careful and concern person that makes sure the customer satisfies with a color or a design before he proceeds. He helped with my daughter's nails. Summer and TK are entertainers they really do bring a very positive and good vibes in the environment. You guys are bombs. I highly recommend them! Mahalo! read more

I like how the gel mani/pedi came out. I got a small cut on my thumb while she was cleaning my cuticles before putting gel. Its tiny, but those tiny cuts on your fingers hurt the most I asked for the ProfessioNAIL mani/pedi, I've came in once before to have it done, but the services you get were inconsistent. This time I got a calf/foot massage, hot stone and hot wax after the gel pedi. Did not have that last time. This experience has been better than the first, but the cut on my thumb is annoying. read more

I was hesitant to try this place due to negative reviews and pictures of sloppy work, but we were in Pearl Highlands and the nearby salons were booked. So we called and they had no problem accommodating us last minute. In fact, there were a few technicians available on a Sunday at lunch time. The salon was clean and no issues, as expected. Not wow boutique chandelier salon which means pricey services. The massage chairs were new and my male nail tech gave my legs a strong massage. My nails also turned out great, no complaints. My husband got a pedicure next to me and added on paraffin wax which he loves getting and he said his feet feel really soft now. read more

I've been coming here ever since I got to the island two years ago they are super nice and make sure you walk out with what you like! I always saw Tony he understand short in regulation nails for my military girls he's really good and adds a little sass with the metallic white but still in regs, they hired more people the other two nail designs I went with Lana and I forgot other girl name but they are very good as well and super fast doing the designs. I would give a 6 star if I could! read more

I've been seeing TK since 2018 and he is now seeing clients at Professio Nails! I absolutely love this location. It's so convenient in Waikele and the shop is clean and spacious. All the staff are professional and friendly. TK is the absolute best. His attention to detail and his clients is unmatched. Every set I get with him is perfect and he always listens to what I want and comes up with designs that are even better than I hoped. If you're looking for a new nail spot Professio Nails is amazing and ask for TK if he has openings! 100% worth it. read more

I reached out to Professionails via Yelp for a consultation and Shan got back to me very quickly. She was very kind and helpful and answered all my questions I had when deciding what service to get. They were able to accommodate me on short notice and I was able to get an appointment with them they very next day. Plenty of parking since it's at Waikele Shopping Center. I heard they recently renovated so they're running a 10% off deal until the end of March 2024. The salon itself is very clean, well lit, and calming. My nail technician, TK, was excellent! He did a great job making sure I was comfortable and did an even better job with the nails I wanted. Everyone in the salon was extremely kind and, even when I was checking out, they remembered my name. Highly recommend going to get your nails done here! I know I'll be back for sure read more

If I could have given zero stars I would have. They get the one star because I didn't have to wait. I went in for a mani/pedi with builder gel. One girl did my feet while a random dude came over and started filing down my previous builder gel. I showed a pic of what I wanted and the dude filed off all the length without asking, I had a really nice almond shape and he left me with SUPER THICK nubs! When I say they were thick...they were THICC! The pic was very basic and he couldn't even do it. I tried to correct him a few times but he just looked at me like I was stupid, so I gave up. Also, no manicure...he couldn't have even bothered to trim my cuticles. And the cherry on top...I now have a fungus on like 7 nails! I've worn acrylics for nearly 20 years straight and NEVER have I ever had a fungus until I go to this place! And I cost me over $150 Save yourself the headache (and cash) and stear clear! Go literally anywhere else. read more

My go to for quick nail services. Staff is always nice and accommodating and clean environment. I always call in first if it's busy because they always are. If there is a wait when doing a walk in, FYI there's not that much chairs in the waiting area maybe just 3 seats. It's located in a great area though and I usually just get coffee or Jamba while waiting:) read more

This review is based on my first and probably last visit here. Parking: located at Waikele so there's ample parking Deluxe Pedicure with gel: - $62 - I can't review the massage much because I asked the lady to go a little harder but she said "Sorry, we busy, my hand tired." It felt like she was just applying the products to my legs and feet. I understand that it gets busy but I hope they get to take breaks when they need to. It's not her fault that it's hectic but if you're that tired, you should be able to take a break, you know? At least that way every customer can get good service - I asked her for square-shaped and I got it - I still have some polish on my skin which will come off eventually but I never had that happen before - my right big toe has the glossy top coat but she completely missed my left big toe... so I have one glossy big toe and one matte big toe - to clean up the polish on my toes she used a nail file and scraped the skin near the cuticle area which was uncomfortable All in all - the prices seem good but I've had better service for the same price elsewhere. I have friends that go to certain ladies here, so I guess it really depends on who you go to. read more

I've gone to multiple nail salon on this island and by far this is the best nail salon. I showed a reference picture to Summer of what I wanted and she completely exceeded my expectations. The service was absolutely incredible. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Each person in this shop is all extremely talented. I highly recommend. I've been trying to find somewhere in the Mililani/Waipahu area that does decent nails and I'm SO happy to report that I have! The tech who did my nails took her time, wasn't rushed, never hurt me with any of the tools, and did a great job. The atmosphere is clean and inviting, and all the techs working were really friendly and accommodating to all the customers. I will definitely be returning!! read more

My daughter and I decided to go in since we haven't done our nails for a while. My nail technician was awesome. My pedicure was awesome, he massage was the best. I fell asleep. I did a simple manicure. My daughter did acrylic nails. She specifically wanted it done a certain way, but the tech said she couldn't do it. Wish I knew then before I paid. That's the reason for the 3 stars. read more

Loved my nails! I had crushed my nail bed and got a full set to try and conceal the healing process. Amy (beautiful lady) went to work on my nails. She was very gentle and efficient. Amy made sure to check in on me after every step. She did her best using pink acrylic powder. These nails are perfect for any look. We got seated pretty quickly for a Saturday and only waited on a tech for a max of 5mins. The other nail techs are very talented as well. My sister and niece came with me (9yo/8yo). I discovered Xionxé and Akari Artistry through the Priestess Ink Family, and researched her work on Instagram (@akari.artistry). I liked how natural her work looked, so I reached out via DM. Xionxé responded within a few hours (a girl's got customers) and we worked out an appointment time slot. The procedure would be about 2 hours long, and there will be a touch up appointment after a month. So the day arrives, and I'm suddenly a ball of nerves again. It was my first time walking into an actual tattoo shop, and turns out I was nervous for nothing! I was pleasantly surprised. The shop is clean and sophisticated in its decor, with gray tones and mirrors. Xionxé warmly welcomed me, with a big smile through her eyes (behind the mask, I could tell!) and I immediately felt comfortable. Xionxé explained the procedure I would be getting is the ombré powder brows. She also explained she was going to do all the preparations and verify with me on the shape and everything before proceeding to make it "permanent" (it will last up to two years after the touch up appointment about a month later). She made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and walked me through the pain process, explaining that after she applied the initial numbing cream she would reapply throughout the procedure as needed, I just need to let her know if I started to feel anything. She even provided a blanket in case I got cold with the cool air conditioning. Xionxé got her skills as a tattoo artist here, so it was a natural fit for her salon to be based on the first floor of the same shop. She is so friendly and cheerful, just the sweetest!! And her attention to detail is spot on, a true perfectionist! After the job was done, she went over the steps to take care of my brows during the healing process (7-10 days) and even gave me a cute care kit. Thank you Xionxé, I absolutely LOVE my brows, and can't wait to return for the touch up!
