I did a charge back on my Visa- and I AM STILL WAITING over 4 weeks later to get the actual credit back. They did not respond to my banks request- wont call me back ..nothing. Clearly I was right in cancelling !! If they were reputable, they would have issued that credit immediately and this posting would not be here !! Clearly I will sue if that money is not returned by their merchant bank soon- but that assumes they are not BK by then form what I can tell.
