I've been using Dustin 's pest control for about a year and the results are awesome!…read more During their most recent visit, I let them know we've had some issues with ants in our downstairs bathroom. The technician took a look on the outside of the house and found three different ant hills under the garden mulch, that borders are home. He let me know that he dug out the holes, sprayed them, and then added a "tenting" repellant that would stick around longer most sprays. We've been ant free since January and even with the temperature getting warmer I have yet to see any signs of ants or ant hills. As the weather starts to warm up, this is when all the little creepy Carly is like to come into your house because it's cooler, better call Dustin's!

Found these guys by using Yelp's AI assist to get some quotes…read more Taylor from Pro Max Pest Solutions was super responsive and detailed in what the bi-monthly service includes. I was given a time window for the treatment and Taylor was right on time! He cleaned up all of the cobwebs, took down wasps nest and sprayed the exterior of my yard, including all bushes, and along the perimeter of my fence. He also put out fly traps and fly paste around my yard at no extra cost. I did purchase a mosquito bucket for my backyard and was told it should last for a month. I've heard these can only partially stop mosquitos, but I'm willing to try anything to get rid of these nasties. Taylor suggested I spray inside and told me the spray is pet safe, since I have cats. I signed up for the bi-monthly service for $85 every two-months, but If needed can get an inside treatment next month at no extra charge!

They offered flexible scheduling options and accommodated my busy morning routine, giving me a narrow, convenient arrival window. On the day of the service, the technician arrived right on time and provided a courtesy call 15 minutes prior to arrival. The inspection and application were incredibly thorough. The technician covered all problem areas indoors and completed a full perimeter sweep outside, even pointing out a few potential entry points I hadn't noticed and offering simple tips to prevent future issues. Overall, the clear communication, punctuality, and attention to detail made this a stress-free experience. It's rare to find a home service company that combines technical expertise with such high-quality customer service. I highly recommend Valley Wide Pest Control to anyone looking for reliable pest control.

Hire Essential in Nov. 2024. Paru KNEW my home was on the outskirts of Madera, but agreed to…read moreservice it anyways. At first, things start were great. In February, I needed a re-spray for some spiders. The re-spray was scheduled but didn't happen due to rain. My regular spray was Mar. 2025. The home was sprayed and, as always, I logged in and paid my bill thru Essential's website. As it turns out, my payment did not go thru. SADLY, I had NO IDEA that happened, as Essential did not follow-up with me, nor does their system generate a follow-up. So, I didnt know they had not been paid. In April, I called for a re-spray for the same areas as in February. Paru started talking about how they bill every 60 days and that they won't spray for free. I was confused. He went on to say he has a small company and they travel far to service my account, and that they don't work for free. At this point, I am REALLY confused and I asked, "what do you mean work for free?" It's NOW that Paru tells me that I didn't pay for my service in March and that he doesn't think their company can service my account anymore. He hopes we can leave on good terms. Good terms? You never follow-up and let me know that my payment is missing, and then you cancel my service. TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE! If I had been informed that my payment had not been received, I would have QUICKLY fixed that issue. BUT I HAD NO IDEA and Paru really did make me feel like an a-hole for not paying. FOR THE RECORD, I HAVE NEVER NOT PAID A BILL TO ESSENTIAL NOR TO ANY OTHER CREDITOR!! Being made to feel like I did something wrong and then having my account terminated FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON, it VERY BAD BUSINESS. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else!

We got back from vacation and there was what appeared to be a small-but-definitely-new wasp nest in the corner of our front porch. Not wanting to mess with it, I sent a photo to JAR Pest Solutions via Yelp and asked if he could come remove it. I've had an allergic reaction to wasp stings in the past and didn't want to take a chance. Joseph replied within one or two minutes (so fast!) and explained this was something I could easily remove myself and explained how to do it (and it was safe for me because it was just a mud dauber nest). He advised me not to waste money on an exterminator. So.... I have an incredible amount of gratitude and respect for a busy professional who takes the time to tell me I don't need his services. Joseph helped me out and if I ever have a more serious pest problem, I will absolutely be calling JAR first.
