Hire Essential in Nov. 2024. Paru KNEW my home was on the outskirts of Madera, but agreed to service it anyways. At first, things start were great. In February, I needed a re-spray for some spiders. The re-spray was scheduled but didn't happen due to rain. My regular spray was Mar. 2025. The home was sprayed and, as always, I logged in and paid my bill thru Essential's website. As it turns out, my payment did not go thru. SADLY, I had NO IDEA that happened, as Essential did not follow-up with me, nor does their system generate a follow-up. So, I didnt know they had not been paid. In April, I called for a re-spray for the same areas as in February. Paru started talking about how they bill every 60 days and that they won't spray for free. I was confused. He went on to say he has a small company and they travel far to service my account, and that they don't work for free. At this point, I am REALLY confused and I asked, "what do you mean work for free?" It's NOW that Paru tells me that I didn't pay for my service in March and that he doesn't think their company can service my account anymore. He hopes we can leave on good terms. Good terms? You never follow-up and let me know that my payment is missing, and then you cancel my service. TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE! If I had been informed that my payment had not been received, I would have QUICKLY fixed that issue. BUT I HAD NO IDEA and Paru really did make me feel like an a-hole for not paying. FOR THE RECORD, I HAVE NEVER NOT PAID A BILL TO ESSENTIAL NOR TO ANY OTHER CREDITOR!! Being made to feel like I did something wrong and then having my account terminated FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON, it VERY BAD BUSINESS. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else! read more

Good people do a great job. He has been doing 2 complexes I manage. The only reason the spray wouldn't work is if people didn't live the way they do have food everywhere things that attract them and get sprayed when scheduled and to be fully prepared. He has done an amazing job honest and is always available. Don't listen to what people say when it's their fault for the way they live. When you have so much stuff they live in how can anyone except them to go away. read more

Essential Pest Control has been nothing but, AMAZING! I'm a property manager of a 200 unit complex in Fresno and Paru has my entire property free of any and all pests (Roaches, ants, bedbugs, roof rats spiders, and gnats) for going on 5 years! Not proud to say that we had several units that we're infested with roaches, stressing INFESTED. I found out that our previous pest control company was diluting their chemicals. After having Essential Pest Control start as a vendor at the property, we have no such issues. He guarantees ALL OF HIS WORK. Paru will actually check in with the tenants to make sure their problems were taken care of. He gives them pre treatment instructions and post treatment instructions. We offer pest control service to our tenants weekly, every Wednesday. If I have an emergency on any other day, he'll accommodate me, yes, including the weekends. I've been in property management for a long time and I have to say that Essential Pest Control is by far my favorite vendor of all time. If you have any pest issues, call Essential Pest Control and ask for Paru. If he can keep a 200 unit property pest free, he can definitely help you out. Promise you will not disappointed. read more

AMAZING!!!! Peru came out to help my husband and I regarding a smell coming from the vent in our laundry room. Peru was very honest and upfront- he was able to pinpoint where the smell may be coming from. He checked all of the areas in our home to see if a dead bird may be causing the smell (crawl space, attic, roof). Unfortunately, the smell may be coming from up top the roof from inside a vent (an area he cannot get into). He advised we put wire mesh to prevent birds from possibly getting into those vents/pipes on the roof. We were still appreciative of his service because he came out around the time we would be home (6:30pm) AND he did not overcharge us for the services we received. Peru's honesty and professionalism is truly hard to come by these days- so we appreciate the services and will be going to them whenever we need assistance with pest. Thank you. read more

They're also super affordable compared to the other companies. One of my neighbors who was evicted for hoarding and not allowing them to spray her apartment is here complaining but I would ignore her false review.
