My insurance company did not make the process easy, but Auernig made me feel that I had someone looking out for me, and they weren't willing to cut corners to make a quick buck. These are truly honest, nice people that work with integrity, which is hard to find in the auto repair industry these days. They received the wrong parts, so I understood that delayed some time, however they ignored my other concerns. Once i got my car back, there were still parts missing, and honestly very little to no care putting back parts. There was stomp marks on my seat, a bug in my car, cobwebs, and spit on the outside. It makes me disappointed both the guys, Justin and Chris i believe were their names, were not listening, or patient enough to listen to me. They did not care about my time, when i tried talking to them, they got very defensive, cutting me off when i was speaking to them. They talked over me, several times, example such as "Yeah yeah yeah", "ok anyways so what i was saying" etc, showing they do not listen to your full sentence and just want to hear themselves talk. One of the guys got super defensive when i was getting a bit confused with the work done to my car, he said and i quote "okay but, we did something that not anyone can just do", i understand that. firstly, it was not through you guys and still through someone else. Secondly, okay the things i still needed to get done to my car that i care a lot about, were completely ignored, and recommended to "leave as is". This is my only car, and i'm trying to FULLY restore it from the previous owners, now restoring it from an uninsured hit and run. Drove the car home and immediately got three warning lights, i almost lost control on the freeway. They have ZERO care about your time, or whatever information you have to say, i would not recommend going here unless you are a cis white man if that makes any sense lol. I went to a different collision center, explained the situation once, and within THREE DAYS. My car is up and running again, perfectly, other people listened to me, and handled my situation. Also! B&J's bodyshop, very sweet, INCREDIBLY informative, and very knowledgeable on what next steps both i should take to help the car, and where :)

My car was very clean when I dropped it off at the dealership. Niello agreed to fix these issues and sent my vehicle to a body shop called Vivid Auto Body. Let me be clear--this body shop absolutely ruined my car. What started as a minor cosmetic fix turned into a complete mess. Vivid Auto Body is unprofessional and careless. They got overspray all over my rear windows, left scratches and overspray on the taillights, and even managed to apply runny paint. It's shocking that Niello Audi would do business with such a low-tier, unprofessional shop. Vivid Auto Body is completely unqualified, and I wouldn't trust them with any vehicle. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. Shame on Niello for partnering with such a sketchy operation. This is Ghetto work!

I told these guys that I would be moving and that I would not have time to come in. I was told to show up in the morning around 7am and I did around September and all the excuses came out at that point, I was told that they didn't have the person available, why would a manager tell me to just come in, the person I spoke with was conveniently was not available... So here we are it's been almost 7 months.... And I have not heard a word from these people. Last time I was there I even asked for the parts so I can just get it put in but they did not to that as well. So if you get work done here, DO NOT FILL OUT THEIR REVIEW!!! It will basically signal that everything is complete with your insurance and that the work is now finished and complete, again if they ask you to fill out a survey do not do it until everything is finished! Just to clarify, they did change management and the person I was dealing with was promoted so this review is a reflection of the current management. ProColor was one of several collision repair shops recommended by my insurance company. After some preliminary researching, I decided to go with ProColor. First accident, first damage to this vehicle. (Crying Emoji) ProColor worked closely with my insurance company, and the whole process was effortless. I just needed to schedule with them for the work (in March), sign the necessary paperwork, and pay the deductible at the end. Good updates from their office as to where we (my car and I) were in the process. I was worried whether they could match the pearly white color of my vehicle, but their results were seamless and a great match. There was a tiny bit of paint spatter on the windshield which was only visible in certain light. They said bring it in right away, and it was cleaned off on the spot. No issues since. I can't address cost since insurance covered it, but overall I was very satisfied with ProColor office staff, crew, and service.
