    If I could give this dealership a negative star I would. I purchased a Mini Cooper from them in March 2022 and I am still dealing with problem from with the DMV Registration, unreimbursed out of pocket expense for something they should have fixed before selling the car and missing trunk mat. The biggest issue is the car registration - Tags on the car say June 2022 I punched the car in March 2022, so I was expecting tags for 2023. However, have bill for Tags due Dec 2022 how is this possible since I just purchased the car and have not had it even 6b month. I emailed them and they sent back a ridiculous email (see below). Now I have to pay for vehicle registration twice (once at purchase, which is suppose to be for a year) and now again in Dec 2022 that is not a year. The worst part is that they will not even acknowledge their mistake. What they failed to mention is that they screwed up the DMV paper and will not fix the issue. I have two sets of DMV documents (purchase and the second set they sent where the data is completely different. Clearly they didn't register the car in 2021 and they are having me pay 2 years worth of registrations. They have washed their hands of this. Next item is the that the car was sold misaligned and the tires were worn out that way. So I had to pay out of pocket not only for the alignment but the tires (something their General Manager Louis said he would reimburse me for and here were are In July nearly and no response from them despite numerous emails. Lastly it took them 3 month to actually send me the truck cover that was in the car when I purchased it but when it was time to pick the car was dirty so they kept it one extra day to clean and the mat went missing. They did promise to ship it out but it took several emails and phone calls to actually get this item closed. I will never do business with them again and I do not recommend them at all and if you are seriously considering purchasing a car from them make sure they are not pulling a bait and switch on your DMV paperwork. This has been by far my worst car buying experience. So much for the Niello Promise. The promise is just not worth the paper its written on -

    I recently got my dream car from Niello MINI and had the best experience. Erika made the process very smooth and she was able to get me exactly what I wanted within my budget. The customer service at Niello was some of the best I have encountered while car shopping, they were up front and helpful every step of the way. If you are in the market for a MINI I highly recommend letting the people at Niello take care of you.

    Was interested in getting a new car since my previous car was getting up there on mileage. Made an appointment with Kristen and she was very helpful and informative from start to finish. She showed me the 2018 Mini Convertible and test drove it. Loved it! After test driving it, we talked numbers.... the entire time, I felt like Kristen was not at all pressuring me, but made me feel comfortable, even when I kept having her go back and forth with the financial associate. When we finally agreed on a number, we shook on it, completed a ton of paperwork with the financial associate, then Kristin went over the car with me (radio, how the system works, every function in the car, etc.). Kristen really took her time and I am so satisfied with her customer service! She should definitely get recognized or get a raise!! :) Facility is very clean and there was a cute little waiting room with bottled water and snacks. To my friends looking for a new car... get a MINI and go see Kristen!!

    Quick and honest service!…read more I sent a message on Yelp requesting a quote for an oil change. They responded very quickly, priced fairly, and even provided time slots they had open, so I headed to the shop that same Saturday. When I arrived, they quickly directed me to pull in to start the service. It seems like I had just sat down when they called me back out to show me the the underside of the van. They wanted to know where I'd done the prior oil changes since whoever did them had stripped the tread on the pan from tightening the bolt too tight. I could clearly see that what they were saying was true and the pan had no tread and had been leaking oil this whole time. There really would be no way to do the oil change without also changing the pan. I asked how much that replacement would cost, and told them to go ahead complete the repair along with the oil change. This is my mom's mini van that I was going to drive back down to LA, so definitely wanted to ensure I was safe. I was told it would take 2-3 hours, but was quickly out in about 1.5. They even provided a discount when I paid since the repair was unexpected and fast, which I really appreciate. They pointed out some other concerns, but did not force any repairs on me, which I am grateful for. Will definitely be coming back for any future oil changes and repairs.

I used Yelp to put a blanket request for the Sacramento area, and Stress Free Auto reached out right away! I was able to take my car in first thing the next morning and was greeted in such a friendly and warm way. Knowing they had a few jobs ahead of me, they called a niiiice Lyft and made sure I got home free of charge! From there the communication was excellent. There were continual texts that provided information about their progress not only with searching for the main problem, but also a general overall inspection of my vehicle. Once complete they sent me an estimate, I called to coordinate which things I wanted repaired/addressed, and they sent over a finalized quote that I signed immediately. It was quick, informative, and quite literally stress free The main problem was a cracked exhaust manifold. Seems like an extensive repair, right? Well, they let me know later that afternoon that they were done! Amazing same day service! Absolutely incredible. It's been a month since the repair and I haven't had any issues. So, in my book, that's a job well done! The only small gripe I have is the cost. Again, it was same day service, so it's understandable that I might have paid more than I would have at another local shop, but they did offer a discount on the initial inspection cost. Some other shops roll the inspection cost into the cost of repairs, but unfortunately Stress Free doesn't do that. Plus, a couple of suggested repairs were somewhat of a laughable cost. If memory serves, they quoted me around $60 to replace wipers. I'm not sure if it was a quote for all 3, or just one, but I spent $15 on a wiper on the way home and installed it myself. Whatever, they are trying to make money! Despite my small price gripe, I will be using Stress Free in the future for any vehicle concerns I have!

No problems. Rhey came back and stated it could be my tining chain or a pin on the engine that is commonly messed up in these engines. I paid an ADDITIONAL $500 for that. That pin indeed was not broken and it was decided it was my timing chain. I had an appointment to drop my car off May 4 to be fixed. Because of their vendor not having the part delivered in time I had to wait to May 8 to drop the car off. May 10th Naomi called and stated the part was the wrong part and it was being ordered. Finally May 14 I picked up the car and paid $2850 roughly - engine time set, engine timing cover gasket set, engine water pump gasket, engine oil pan gasket, and coolant is what i was charged for and what was replaced. I did receive a discount because I have a Costco membership. 5 weeks later June 24, my car shuts off. Won't turn on. I popped the hood- white smoke comes out. I checked my oil- nothing was on the dipstick. Complete dry. I added oil in hopes it would turn the car on and nope didn't help. I called STRESSFUL auto and I had it towed to their shop that night. Thursday June 25 someone from their location called regarding what needed to be done. Other than that noone called me. I had to call and follow up. They were very nonchalant. Very dismissive which I felt was extremely unprofessional and rude considering I spent almost $4000 not even 2 months ago and they were professional and kind or so I thought. Friday June 26 around 2 pm I called their corporate office only to receive a call back from the location which told Me it was my fault and my engine burned 5 quarts Of oil in 5 weeks or so. I told them I was contacting Better Business Bureau which his response was - that isn't necessary. I picked my car up from the today June 28 and asked for their findings of what caused so much oil to burn since that was their explanation .Their findings had nothing except the engine is seized. No explanation. No reason on why or what could have caused it. Mistakes happen. Take accountability and fix your mistakes. Avoid this place at all cost!

If you need an honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced auto repair shop near Gold River or Rancho Cordova, I'd definitely recommend them. They've worked on my 2017 Ford Transit Connect, 2014 Mercedes GL63, and 2014 BMW X5. They replaced a driver-side CV axle, did oil changes, replaced brake pads and rotors, diagnosed and fixed an A/C and heater blower issue, repaired a trunk/liftgate problem, and also replaced a valve cover and gasket and battery. What stood out to me most was how knowledgeable, honest, and fair Samson and his team were throughout the process. The staff are friendly, the front desk is welcoming, and the customer service has been great. It's hard to find a shop that does quality work at reasonable prices, but 916 Auto Repair has done that for me. Definitely recommended.

My AC Drier was cracked and inoperable since last year. In this region of the Sacramento Valley and Placer County, 916 Auto quote beat 5 shops I contacted in the region and 1 shop even told me it's not worth it and I should get a new car. Bet if my car was a 69 Camaro, they'd do it. Why? Cause its a Classic Camaro. No matter the condition. Some shops don't want to work on Imports. But oh well. Their loss, not mine. I contacted 916 Auto and spoke to Samson to schedule an appointment and he said to come by that very same day. And so I drove from Roseville to Gold River that morning. Samson is honest & to the point. When he pulled my car in, he noticed a coolant leak. Now I didn't notice any leaks in my driveway, as it would seem the Coolant is evaporating or dissipating, but he notice it was getting on my Alternator, by the stains. It turns out, my OEM water pump (factory part since 2003 for this model year in 2004) finally gave out at 262K miles. Who'd ever think a Mazda/Ford part would last this long. This was an unexpected thought as I only had budgeted for the quote. So I called my CFO (Wife) and let her know of the issue. She said get it fixed and she'll adjust other expenses as she knows I need AC for the upcoming summer temps. So I authorized Samson to proceed with the entire job. Now I can't couldn't do any price comparison, but he did give me a discount which still fit in my overall budget. I spent my whole day in their lobby. They have updated their lobby to make it feel more comfortable and less Auto Shop feel. I notice the many people who drop by to have their car service are all happy and are returning customers. From a Dealership oil drain plug that was torqued too tight, to oil changes, brakes, and even a customer who was a bit upset where the Dealership sent the wrong part twice. The Dealership. I spoke to many of them and they all had the same answer when I ask. "What made you come here?" They replied, "Their price can't be beat!". In summary, my AC is now working as it should. Now I only used my AC for 2 whole days It gets cold and it has been awhile since I have felt cold in my aging car of 22 years. With my new water pump installed as well, my car is running smoother overall. Smoother shifts, heater gets warm fast. Almost, now almost like it was in 2004. So, Did I find a new shop for my Project Commuter Car? Yes I sure did. They have gotten a new customer. Up next is my Transmission Gasket & plug. One thing at a time! He could've easily came all the way and charged me to check the car and pointed out the problem but he saved me time and money with just me describing the sound my car was making. Ray, beyond being just a nice guy, was great with communication and was knowledgeable about the work. Ray was done in about a half hour. He took the time to show me the faulty part he replaced and to reset the code. Earlier today I was in a pinch and was getting frustrated with the one week, two weeks plus wait that repair shops were giving me. I thought a mobile mechanic option might be a better solution. But I was worried that it would cost too much. Not only was I able to get the repair done today but it didn't cost me any more than it would have at a shop. Quality work done in quick time and for a fair price. I definitely recommend these guys and not just for emergency repairs. They are a great option no matter your needs.

I've been with them since I first started driving (back in TX) and never changed my membership/insurance since. BIG reason to trust them, right? - WRONG. Let's start off with the fact that I called and spoke with a technician over the phone to coordinate an appointment on my off day. I let him know what I need done (gave my Year/Make/Model, mileage and service code) and booked it for 10am the following morning. I had a code b0 which I identified and confirmed with him that it was an oil change, fluid check and brake inspection/fluid flush. I was told it should take several hours and can choose between morning or afternoon (10am done by roughly noon or Noon done by roughly 4/before close). I opted for the AM appointment so I would still have time do do what I need to do. Appointment day comes and I go to drop my vehicle off. I was given an ETA by the service advisor Phillip Tran of 1pm (when they got back from lunch) since I added SMOG to the b0 service. I was then offered a Lyft to get home until my vehicle would be done (YAY!). So far, so good. As time goes on, I have not heard anything from AAA. At 130pm, I call to check in on my vehicle's status. I was told by Phillip that it is not done yet but he will call me right back with an update. I finally get a call back at 2:19pm and he said there was some sort of delay with other cars being serviced that my new pickup time ETA will be about 4pm. I then get a call around 4:18pm for him to tell me that it took them all day, or so it seems, to identify that my dip stick was broken and they were unable to do the oil change. The icing on the cake was that they said they located and ordered an OEM dipstick from MB El Dorado Hills with a price of $96!! No one communicated to me at all or gave me the option on whether I wanted that or not - realistically, an aftermarket dipstick runs about $10-$15 online. Then Phillip proceeds to tell me they are finishing up my SMOG. Wait, what!? How does that make sense to complete a SMOG if the check engine light is still on because the service was not completed? Who trained these guys? Are they just trying to milk out as much billable hours to customers they think do not know any better? The technician who could not identify the dipstick issue in a timely fashion is listed as Elliott Maxsom. The SMOG inspector that decided to move forward with the SMOG was signed by David Cain. I asked if there was anything that could be done to remediate the situation. Phillip apologized and said that he "zero'd out" the inspection, as if that was a favor to me. OF COURSE that should not be billed - I KNEW it would fail if I did not get the full servicing completed. Who in the car industry does not know that!? The only "discount" I received was a measly $14.50 for being a AAA member. I asked if a supervisor would be able to contact me about my experience and was given a business card of the manager Jeremmy Sanchez. I was told that if I do not hear back by Monday from Jeremmy, to reach out again. Once again, I will lead the communication. We shall see if anything is rectified by Monday. Maybe this is a one-off experience (previous reviews appear that this happens often enough). It does not change my view on my insurance with AAA or my membership for Roadside. This is just beyond disappointing to know that I cannot trust or rely on their repair center.
