We give our clients the option to wait for a new replacement or get it touched up. Many, if not most of them, opt for the touch up option. Professional Furniture Services does an amazing job....even with painted cabinets. We had one cabinet delivered that had a 2ft gouge down the length of a tall oven cabinet. After PFS was done repairing it, you couldn't tell where the gouge was originally. Another job, the front frame left rail tapered down from 1.5" to about1.25....which left a horrible 1/4" gap at the bottom. The cabinet was 8ft wide and would be very expensive to replace plus delay the job weeks. PFS came out and used wood fill and color matched the paint perfectly!!!! To the previous review that complained about their pricing? Most service places have a minimum charge per visit. I think PFS prices are cheap for what they do. They are TRUE ARTISTS. I am so grateful for the services they provide to us. Not sure what I would do without them. Not any painter or carpenter have the skills to do what they do. I highly recommend Professional Furniture Services!!!! AAAA+++++

I found this fantastic sectional with a large chaise and we purchased it immediately. I had seen this same exact sofa on marketplace used selling for $600 and this was not much more than that brand new in plastic! We opted to pick it up on Saturday rather than wait to have it delivered. After my husband and BIL picked up the couch and wrestled it through our tiny front door (our house is old. ) I realized that we had two right sides and no left. Something to keep in mind is this sofa has both a right chaise and a left chaise configuration. We got the right area facing chaise and a left area facing sofa. I called and left a message but unfortunately they were already closed for the day. I figured it would be minimum Monday before I could get any resolution due to short working hours on Sunday and needing to rent another truck. Honestly, Sunday was a complete cluster and these guys immediately turned my day around! I ended up needing to take my baby to the hospital and was there all morning. I didn't think I would have time to get this situation resolved as obviously baby comes first. Luckily we got discharged and I called around 12:30 and the man on the phone was so kind. He immediately said he was the only one in the store but he would call his boss and get my situation resolved entirely. By 2 pm these guys found the correct piece, brought it to my house, actually put it in my living room and took the incorrect piece back out. And they did all of this without waking the baby! I am honestly so pleased with the sectional, the options they had available, the value and most importantly the customer service. I can not recommend these guys enough, they have truly won me over as a customer for life.

I called the store a few days later and asked for Beth. She wasn't there. Taymee is who I spoke to instead. Taymee was unpleasant. She treated me like I was a burden. Her tone and sighs clearly indicated she was uninterested in answering my questions or helping me place an order. She put me on hold at least 5 times, tried to rush me off the phone, and said she'd send the quote to my email and I could just call back and deal with Beth later. I never received the email. Beth contacted me a few days later, and again was lovely. I wanted to see some chairs I was considering in person so Beth said I could come to the store to see them, but she'd be on vacation so Taymee could help me. I reached out again asking for the quote via email and Taymee did not respond. After a few days I sent another email which Taymee did reply to saying simply "I sent the quote. Here it is again". No greeting, no let me know if you have questions... I noticed on the terrible picture she took of a printed quote my email was incorrect. I replied with a friendly message to let her know. I again received a short, unfriendly reply "Okay. Thank you." Your customers don't care who gets commission. We expect kind, friendly, courteous, helpful customer service no matter who we talk to. And at your price points you should offer nothing less than exceptional customer service. I'd be happy to forward the email correspondence. Just provide an email address. I expected much more from your company. In the next 1-2 months I'll be spending up to $20k in furnishings and it's unfortunate it won't be with Arhaus.

Mount Washington mounted them on silver mounts and posts, and weighed my old post and knocked off eight dollars or something like that off the approximately $200 bill. I only wear the earrings on special occasions and I'm certainly not rough with them, and the post broke off one. So a few weeks ago in July 2026 I brought them into Mount Washington jeweler to have the post repaired that had fallen off. They took both earrings and to make sure the post was good on the other one, I told them I had had them done by them and they charged me $90 to put a new post on the earring that it broke off. I just picked up the earrings, and the owner said to me that the solder looks good on the other earring so they repaired the one that they had done before. They implied that they had not done the other earring and they were just checking it for me. Now I'm confused. They did both earrings. I reminded him he did both earrings. To which he talked over me and wished me a happy day and bye-bye have a great day. The weather is good, see ya. Maybe I'm wrong, and you can all tell me I am. But to me, his lack of I owning his work, and probably should repair it considering it's my work kind of left me scratching my head. Does this mean that every third year I'm gonna have to pay $90 for a post that falls off because I have to trust that his work only holds for three years? Are they the only dog in the game? I don't know. I moved here from California and I just picked them out out of the phonebook. Is it normally close to $300 just to get a new setting for two earrings? I don't know. I'm kind of at a loss for words right now. I'm still trying to figure out what happened.
