I was motivated to use Pro Clean because of their great reviews, and being local to me. Steve came over on time and was very professional. He believed most stains would come out as all were just high traffic areas. The price was not extremely high but wasn't cheap. We paid a little more than $150 for 1,100 sq. feet of carpet and all the furniture was removed so a deep clean could be done. We felt really confident with Steve and his level of expertise, we tipped him even, so the job would look his best. So we were surprised when we got back and all the traffic stains were still present. These areas had been removed by a rental steam cleaner before, we couldn't understand why a professional would leave such easy stains. read more

Hired Proclean to clean my mom's carpet, he sent me Magic Pro who in turn damaged my carpet. I went with Proclean because he was on our Vendor list at work. If I knew he was sending a different company I would of went with another company. Magic Pro showed up in a Proclean truck. To me this is bad business. read more

Punctuality - 45 minutes late. People - The owner seemed like a good guy. The workers (Fernando and a non English speaker) that he sent were nice guys. Job - Phone bid for 150 sq. ft living room, 14 stairs, small hallway, and 120 sq. ft room was $150. Seemed high but he was available when we needed him. I'm also not up on how the carpet cleaning business is run and pricing works. The guys were done in under an hour. I moved all of the furniture so they just had to do the cleaning. The carpet was decently cleaned but I've had to go over a few spots myself with a neighbors carpet cleaner. I would have also thought that they'd bring fans to help dry it out. My carpet is still pretty damp with a soapy residue after 20 hours. Value - $150 was too much for our 60 minute job IMO. That's a days pay for some people and several hours work for myself. To the owners defense, he didn't get to see the job to give an estimate and I was pressed for time. read more

I called and set up a time for proclean to come and clean my house. They gave me a window of time that they would be there. At 15 past the window I texted the head guy and he texted back saying he would call them to see where they were. 30 minutes after that I had not heard from him so I called and texted him. He texted me back saying he could not get a hold of the team that was supposed to be at my house. And hour after they were supposed to be there they still had not arrived so I texted him saying I had to leave my house and could not wait for them anymore. I did not hear back from him for 3 hours. He then texted and said that they were not calling him back so could he reschedule the cleaning. I thought this was strange but decided to give them another chance and asked if they could come the next day. He never responded. So I'm giving them one star because they never showed up or got back to me. read more
