After discussion with Kevin, it made no sense to fix a 20 year old roof. Kevin then quoted a price for a new roof and we set up an appointment. Workers arrived on the date promised and work well together. The whole crew was very courteous. They carefully removed and replaced new roofing materials. Job was completed in one day including cleanup. Property was spotless when job was completed. Randy and Kevin were easy to work with. I would highly recommend R.J. Severance!

Instead, a flood of anger came over me. This low-life company installed a new roof and the very next storm it leaked, then Joe said he needed another $500 to complete the job. Why the anger after all these years I remember Joe was ducking my phone calls at a time when I was going through Chemotherapy and being evaluated for a heart transplant. A member of the medical community eventually stepped in and said I needed to let this stress go because I wasn't good for my health. I eventually paid more than double what I paid Joe, to rip out all his substandard mess. He was also transparent with me the entire time - he let me know it would be a 2 day job and he scheduled it so his roofers would get it done when promised, which they did. Nick was professional and courteous from start to finish and I could not be happier with the outcome. My roof is no longer leaking and I feel safe knowing his work comes with a 10 year warranty. I was also happily surprised that Nick, as the owner, was on site with his workers each day to oversee their work and he was up on the roof doing the job, too. He's not an owner who just sells you a product and bails - he was putting the work in himself. I highly recommend Nick Fugarino Roofing and Home Improvement, Inc., especially if you live in Philly. Don't bother calling other roofing companies, Nick is your best bet for quality work at a fair price.
