A company unable to manage their operations in such as a way as to prioritize or value their customers time is not worth a reschedule. I would not recommend anyone waster their time.

This is actually my first…read morenegative review for anything on yelp; I have never felt the need to do one until my experience with M.E. flow. I have had 3 appointments now that they either failed to show up at the designated time or failed to show up AT ALL! I work from 5pm-1am. I schedule morning appointment windows (8-noon) because I have to leave the house by 4pm. Understandably, it is hard for me to wake up at 8am after working late. I'm frustrated because I keep waking up early for them to never show up and then I have to be the one to call and ask where they are. One time is unfortunate, but understandable. But 3 times?! 1st time) Guy never showed up (8-12). I called after noon to ask about an update. Secretary said they would call me back and that the representative would call me 30 minutes before he came. Neither of them called, I just got a ring at my doorbell at 3:50pm. Ended up being late to work that day. Had to reschedule that appointment because they sent out an electrician instead of the plumber I requested. He couldn't fix the problem and I was charged a little over 40 dollars. 2nd time) Guy never showed up (8-12). I called again to ask about an update. Secretary said they see my appointment and will call their tech to ask his whereabouts. That they will call me back soon for an update. No call. At 3:45pm I call them and a new woman answers who says she sees my appointment is on the computer for Tuesday. This is crazy because I would NEVER sign up for a Tuesday! I have school stuff from 6:30am-7:30pm. Which means they switched it after they couldn't make my original appointment and didn't even call to ask me? Anyways, I get my appointment rescheduled for specifically the 8-9am window a week later. 3rd time) Guy never showed up (8-9). I really just hoped he was running late. Secretary calls me around 10am to let me know he is sick and they need to reschedule. She tells me the electrician will come out the next day to which I inform them that I keep requesting a plumber so I don't know why an electrician keeps getting put in the computer. Obviously I'm frustrated with this whole experience. I work in customer service -- so I would consider myself extremely patient. I didn't even want to put the names of the employees I talked to because I understand the feeling of having a lot on your plate, and forgetting to call someone back. I've never had such terrible communication from a company; I'm literally trying to pay you for a service. I would have went with a different company by now but the reason we had these appointments set up in the first place is for them to fix our washing machine that mysteriously stopped working the same exact day they did plumbing work in our home. I feel extremely dissatisfied from inexcusable behavior, and I would rate 0 stars if I could.
