There's ample parking, and both the building and the office space are bright and very clean. Everyone is masked, and hand washing is consistent. Sanjay is kind and patient. Within the first couple visits, i noted improvement in my symptoms. Sanjay taught me maneuvers that i now use on my own at home to reduce flare-ups. Sanjay's support staff, especially Geraldine and Zak are competent and professional. They worked to accommodate my commitments to schedule follow-up visits. I highly recommend Sanjay and his staff for rehabilitative and physical therapy.

I just finished 6 weeks of PT for a pinched nerve in my shoulder that, in addition to causing a lot…read moreof pain, also left me with numbness in my left hand. When I started here I was struggling to sleep since the pain was worse at night and any position I sat in sent pins and needles down my arm to fingertips. Working on my pottery (my current creative outlet) was difficult as I couldn't feel the tips of 2 of my 5 fingers. Makes things kinda tough when you're relying on gentle touch on a wheel. I was exhausted, sad, and stressed. But I'm happy to report that after my time here, I have regained all feeling in my hand, the pain is all but gone, and I only get intermittent tingling down my arm and when I do it's far less intense. Dave and his amazing team implemented a number of techniques including cupping, e-stim, exercises, dry needling, traction, heat, and stretching that all combined to get me back on track. He also provided me with exercises and techniques I could continue at home to make sure I continue to improve and also keep future nerve issues at bay. I could cry I'm so happy with how things turned out. Thank you, Dave for giving me full use of my hand back and for sharing great conversations around music all the while. Also shout out to Anna for being such a joy to communicate with as I was getting set up, maintaining my schedule, etc. In fact, everyone here was so personable and my appointments just flew by each time I went in. I hope I never need to visit again but I feel confident that they would get me back in business ASAP if so!

Both Katrina and Marie are outstanding, they know many ways to achieve successful results. I was there 2-3 times a week for about 3 months. They started charging/billing more for my visits without ever telling me that when I was there paying the same old amount they asked for. I never received a bill while I was going to sessions. However, a month after I stopped going I received a hefty bill. When I asked for more detailed information, I was sent a spreadsheet with random amounts paid (not what I actually paid each visit). I'm in my 50s and have two adult children. I have been to a lot of doctors and have never experienced anything like this. I played phone tag with the billing, spent hours trying to figure out why my visits increased in price when all the codes were the same. The billing department didn't help much. Every now and then I received a text from Jamie, the office manager. I responded twice with great detail about my frustration with the bill. I never received a response from her.

Tri-Rehab has therapeutic ultrasound, e-stim therapy, offers manual manipulation, traction, sports therapy and more for young kids, adolescents, middle age and geriatric care. Tri-Rehab even has a special over-60 fitness program as well.
