With that being said this office only had 1 PT working and 1 tech majority of the time but took on too many appointments at a time. First 2 sessions went well but after that the individual attention was lacking and observed other patients standing around looking for direction also. I was also on a very tight time schedule, Sid PT seem to not take that into consideration and not allowing time to ice afterwards or discuss concerns. I canceled rest of my appointments due to dissatisfaction but to see someone from this office informed my PCP they canceled me due to non-compliance and lied. Another turn off is Sid, PT also discuss her frustration about other patients with me which is so unprofessional. Strongly recommend taking your health/business somewhere else.

If I could give this business 10 stars I would!…read more A little background on me, I am an Occupational Therapist and have worked in out patient, so I had a pretty good idea what to expect. Initially, I had attitude regarding the therapists' ability to diagnose, provide rational for treatment and an effective treatment plan. During the evaluation, my range of motion, pain and muscle strength as expected. The therapist then gave me a visual education on why I was having my pain and what exercises would help to alleviate my pain. On the same day, which I had not expected, I was to immediately to start exercises. As time passed coming to this clinic, I was supported with motivation and observations about how I was progressing. The other patients also provided support and comedy to help get through tough exercises. Regularly the therapists' would check on my pain level and upgrade exercises as appropriate and included my opinion to do so. While the equipment was fairly basic, the simplicity made it easier to remember and to carry out exercises. My overall impression: after getting over my cynical attitude of becoming a patient, when I've always been a therapist, I benefited immensely. I had been to 2 other PTs who were unable to help eliminate my pain. I am greatly impressed by all the staff. Alyssa was always friendly, helpful and encouraging as soon as I walked in. Joshua, my therapist, provided not only education, professionalism, motivation and support for me as a whole person. Neah, PT, was also pivotal in my treatment and assisted with my treatment plan. Kayla and Sydney, techs, were always helpful, checking in on me regularly if I needed equipment and making sure I was well. I am truly grateful for having found a clinic that helped get rid of 15 years of pain. I highly recommend this clinic, from one therapist to another, and am blessed that they have been part of my life.

We were on a monthly payment plan and were making all of our monthly payments, but suddenly without any notification to us they sent the account to their collection agency. In fairness they could have reached out to us and said we know you are making your monthly payments but we need a certain amount to be paid of the balance to keep it going to the debt collector. Very poor on ATI's part in the way they handled this. We will not be returning to ATI and want to make people aware of their billing departments poor handling of this situation! Also ATI sent the wrong amount that was due to the debt collector. We had a credit coming to us and they did not apply that to the final balance due! Be aware and find another PT facility for your needs!

I had made appointment gave my info prior to visit I should have been informed at that time that I would not be covered and I would be charges $263.00 for 2 visits. Calls have been fruitless. I am retired and on Medicare/Medicaid I would have gone to another facility that did cover my visits. luckily I contacted Covid so my therapy was delayed that's when I received the bill for my first visit, then I received the second bill with additional charges for the second visit. Thank God I stopped because I was supposed to go for 6 visits. The cost to me would have been over $700. Go some where else. No facility is worth paying these outrageous charges.
