baseball hitting lessons. Ken is a great coach for my son!!
    Tonia S.

Ken Luckham was referred to us by a coworker (his son was trained by Ken, too). I am very impressed with the techniques he teaches for pitching, hitting etc. My son learns so much in a 30 min session & loves going here. They coach in a positive way, too. Pro: the coaches expertise & experience playing in MLB. Not just a volunteer coaches' perspective (which is appreciated at the field) but lessons from a former Pro are helpful! Con: watch out for rush hour traffic if your sessions are in the evenings. My sons game is already improving! yep, we're hooked & will be training here for awhile.

These are not batting cages open to the public, they are simply for a few "coaches" to train their kids

Zak always took the time to consult with my son and I after every session to encourage and strengthen my sons mental approach in pitching.

I've been going to 3D Fitness 4-5x/week for the past three years -- including all the way through…read moremy first pregnancy -- and it's easily one of the best decisions I've made. The workouts are strong, but that's not the differentiator. The community is. You see the same people consistently, and over time it becomes a tight, supportive group. It's rare to find a gym where you actually look forward to who's going to be there, not just what's programmed. Programming is thoughtful and well-balanced -- strength + high-intensity cardio -- and it never gets stale. Chris (owner/instructor) is especially good at reading people and pushing you just past where you think your limit is. You end up doing more than you expected, regularly. There's also real connection beyond the floor. They organize occasional events -- I recently did a cooking class with ~20 women from the gym -- and it adds another layer to the experience. I've always been active, but this is the first time in 20+ years I've been this consistent. That's not accidental -- it's because of the environment. If you want a place that will push you, keep you accountable, and make you want to show up, this is it.

I love walking into the gym not knowing what to expect, and being surprised by a new challenge each time. It keeps things fresh, fun, and far from boring--even after all these years! They've also added some new equipment, which has taken the workouts to another level--more dynamic, more engaging, and definitely more effective. The thought and creativity put into each class really show. This place isn't just a gym--it's a community and a source of daily motivation for both physical and mental health. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fitness routine that keeps you on your toes.

The results speak for themselves. The physical changes are noticeable, but more importantly, the consistency, energy, and overall mindset shift have been just as impactful. What truly sets this location apart is the coaching staff and the community. The coaches strike the perfect balance between motivating, encouraging, and keeping things fun (even during the toughest sets). They push you when you need it, support you when struggling, and genuinely care about your progress. Equally important is the community. What started as a group of people working out together has naturally evolved into real friendships. That kind of environment is rare and important to me. If it were not for the great people here, I would have stuck with my other Fitness membership. Speaking of which, in full transparency - I still have another fitness membership elsewhere. However, I have not touched it in months. If one is looking for a place that delivers results, keeps you engaged, and surrounds you with the right people - this F45 Tustin location is the place to be.

They have many class options but they do seem to get busy because they're waitlisted on the app. I managed to passport one Saturday morning. I liked the trainers, the vibe and the music. The DJ arrived for the class after mine so I missed out on that but I still liked the music. I noticed the gym was air conditioned which was different to mine. The instructor's were great at walking around and giving you tips on your workouts. The workout was amazing as always, it's really as hard as you decide to push yourself. So you could have an easy workout by doing body weight exercises or you could lift heavy. Easy parking in the lot up front.

The whole space has such a calm, boho, peaceful vibe... dim lighting, chill light volume music, sometimes relaxing candle scents in the front, and beautiful chandeliers. The Tustin location is very spacious, two rows of reformers and tons of room to really stretch and breathe. The reformers are Rialto reformers, where you lift the top to adjust the springs and rings. They're a little older, but it can add to the charm. Every instructor brings great variety to class, which keeps classes interesting and refreshing with something new to look forward to. Sometimes we use sticks for balance, balls for abs, loops for core and leg work, and sometimes dumbbells too, so it really feels like a full-body workout every time. They do count slowly during movements for that deep burn. The instructors are also attentive about form and always ask beforehand if anyone has injuries, which is helpful for me and my knee for modifications. Little cubbies under the benches for shoes and phones. Plenty of parking overall, just be mindful of the green 30-minute parking spots; there's more parking behind the buildings.

The studio is much larger than your typical boutique spot, which gives it a more commercial feel. The instructor was nice and proactive about offering help throughout the session. However, because the class size is large, you lose that personalized, small-group attention. I also noticed the equipment was looking a bit run down and could probably use some maintenance. It was a solid challenge physically, but if you prefer a more intimate environment, this might feel a bit too busy. Good for a sweat, but I personally prefer a smaller studio setting. Come early because it's in a plaza with many businesses and you may need to park in the back lot.
