I came back here 12 years later to get ceramic tint on my other windows…read more Scheduling via Yelp was very easy. I was able to get an appointment within a week. When I got there, I received the same high level of service I got more than a decade ago. Some new faces this time. I had asked to see how 70% looked and a sample strip was applied just so I could see how dark it was. I appreciated this extra help. There was clear communication each step of the process, so I never felt lost. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Fast forward a month later, I still see some spots that seemed blurry. I made contact again via Yelp and explained my concern. I was told that a month is more than enough time for it to cure. So we setup an appointment so that they could inspect it and re-do the tint if necessary. Unfortunately, it did seem like it needed to be redone. I'm glad that they had foresight to allow enough time to redo. It's now almost a month later and everything is still great!

I had a 2005 Volvo XC 90 he had tinted a long time ago and my husband had his 2012 Subaru Impreza as well. Not one complaint. It took him 1.5-2 hours to complete the job. Super quick! Cut to over 20 years later to have him tint our brand new Lexus GX550. I wanted the windows as dark as I can get them for UV protection (leather interior) as well as privacy and I couldn't be happier. We're also having a PPF protective coating applied on the front hood to prevent damage from rocks and other debris when driving on the highway. Lexus priced us $4000. Juan priced us for $2000. Half off! You will not be disappointed at all. 5/5 stars!

I came here after receiving a recommendation, and unfortunately, my experience was very…read moredisappointing. I paid over $700 for my tint job, and during the process, my mounted brake light was broken/damaged. When I brought it to their attention, instead of taking responsibility or offering to reimburse me for the damage, they questioned whether they were actually responsible and suggested that I may have caused it. I ultimately had to purchase the replacement piece myself for something that was working properly before I brought my car in. For the amount I paid for the service, I expected the shop to take responsibility for any damage that occurred while my vehicle was in their care. What was most frustrating was not only having to pay for the repair myself, but also feeling like I was being blamed rather than having my concern taken seriously. I was recommended to this business, which is why I chose them, but unfortunately I would NOT recommend them based on my experience.

I always like supporting small, locally owned businesses, and I was happy to give them my business again after so many years. That said, the experience was a little different for us this time around. I'm very big on customer service, and perhaps my expectations were set a little higher because I had such a positive experience here in the past. The quality of the work was decent, and the value is competitive to other car tint shops. Overall the customer service experience didn't quite meet the level I remembered. I will say that if customer service is important to you, I would recommend working directly with Art. He was much more attentive, communicative, and customer-service focused, which made the experience positive. I am glad to see them still running the place after all these years. Just be aware that the experience can depend on who you work with, and for me, Art was the person I felt more comfortable working with.
