My home warranty used them to service our AC at our rental property. We received the notification they would be there between 7am -11am. I called around noon and he said he would get someone out there before 4. He asked if my tenant was paying the service fee and I told him no, I would be and I asked if he would be sending an invoice. He said I would get an invoice to pay. The following day I still had no invoice so I called. He apparently had sent my invoice to another email? He sent me the invoice and I paid it immediately. He said he will send the information to the home warranty to see if they would cover it. My home warranty ended up denying the claim. I called the AC company back to see what was the out of pocket cost. He said he would get it and call me back in a few minutes. I never received a call back. I ended up appealing the claim which was still denied and I asked for a description of the repairs that were needed to fix the AC. My home warranty told me I would need to contact the AC company. I did that and he said he could give me a quote. I told him no because I tried to get a quote the week before from him and he never called me back with it, so we found someone else. He said I would need to get the repair information from my home warranty portal because that's where he sent it. I explained to him that I already reached out to them and they said he would need to provide it to me. Trust me when I say, I tried every avenue before calling him again. I don't know if he is the owner, but he isn't pleasant, helpful and quite frankly has no customer service skills. He said he could screenshot the pictures that the technician took and send those to me. I told him yes. Once I confirmed I received them he said 'thank you' and hung up. If he was better at wanting to help, he would have had my business. Additionally, I have always received a description of what repairs were needed along with pictures with my invoices from other companies. read more
