I am so thankful for the treatment that I got here. Kori and Brevin were incredible. They were concerned, caring and knew what I needed. When I started, the arthritis in my knee was so bad that some days I felt I could hardly walk and thought I was headed for a knee replacement. They worked thru my pain and devised a program for me that has me back on my feet and feeling good about the future and gave me a work at home exercise program to keep me moving. I wish I didn't need physical therapy. But since I do, I'm glad I landed here. Nikki is the TMJ specialist for the Proactive group and she is definitely worth the drive up north. She has been kind, understanding, and supportive - not to mention skilled. From simple stretching to dry needling techniques, I trust her and the team to provide the best treatment. My interactions with the staff have all been positive and the space is clean, open, and welcoming. Place is big. The beginning phone calls- were pleasant. You get there and have to check in with computer- this computer isnt a push a few buttons- it's someone- a real person from the back or something that is talking loudly at you - repeating personal buisness so everyone in the reception area and foyer can hear EVERYTHING- paperwork is given to you- ( by the ppl in the reception area), you fill it out and pay. Then your pT person comes out. They ask you a bunch of questions never touching you, acknowledging concern but breeze over them doing there own thing. Then they go stand about 15 ft from you Wk on the computer and send there helper over and they show you one time how to do an activity and then leave- not to help someone else- but to go talk and fool around with the other pt helpers. Then a few mins after I finish my set of whatever they come back and ask are you finished- yes. Then go back and get directions to what the pt person wants you to do- and then shows you one time and leaves, never watching to make sure you are doing it right, not near by to answer a question- nothing... this happens for the remainder of the time. My experience wasn't abnormal- I watched nobody in there had much interaction with the workers.. I cancelled remaining sessions. While I don't go to pt often- I have been and know this is not how it's suppose to be done. Mind you my pt person never spoke to another patient the entire hour I was there- the helper talked to one other patient one time for 2 mins. read more

I never was able to get in for therapy here. First, on a Friday afternoon the phone would ring and ring with no answer. Then, on the following Monday, calling the phone number resulted in a "this number is disconnected or no longer in service" message. I had to call several different locations before I could get one with a working phone number so I could leave a message with someone. I was called back by an "Ashley". She scheduled me for an appointment two weeks in the future. Someone else called and I gave them my insurance information. The day before my scheduled appointment I received a confirmation call. Ten minutes after this call I received another call. About 24 hours before my appointment, they called to say they don't accept my insurance . When you visit the Proactive Website there is a huge logo stating they are in my insurance network! I called my insurance company, indeed, Proactive is contracted with them. But you can't tell Ashley that, she doesn't care. So after waiting for 2 weeks for therapy I need after a car accident, I'm back to square one. But seeing how inept this company is with customer service, I certainly won't let them touch me. If your doctor tries to refer you to this company, ask for a different place. All Proactive will do is give you a run around and delay your treatment. read more

This is truly a first-rate physical therapy facility. My urologist had given me a list of physical therapists I could see for pelvic floor dysfunction. I chose ProActive therapist, Molly Mikles and boy I'm glad I did! Molly was incredible. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and above all is a terrific listener. She keyed right into my problems and answered all my questions with facts and information. From the smallest concern, to the largest issues, her handling of my PT problem was spot on. After only a couple months, my problem has been resolved and I feel a lot of it is due to Molly's expertise. Annie, Molly's technician, was also incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. Proactive is a well run ship-- appointment scheduling/changing is a breeze and the young women at the front desk are attentive and helpful. I never waited more than 3 minutes for my appointment and in the rare event I needed to change a date or time, rescheduling was easy and efficient. The facility itself is clean and attractive with a "happy" feeling when you walk through the doors. My son has seen Proactive for back pain related to a High School wrestling injury. The office was well run and efficient from the moment we walked in the door. My son's pain was greatly diminished within moments, and the exercises provided helped a great deal to completely remove his pain within a couple of weeks. Everyone was kind and fun to interact with.
