I live in Nogales where they had an office for many years, They have helped me through two knee and two shoulder replacements, They have also helped me with a trigger finger. I've done a lot of physical therapy in my relatively short life (for my historically uncooperative) knee so I kinda feel like a Subject Matter Expert on PT. APT is in a GREAT location (right in the middle of town). Super easy to get to from work and they are pretty accommodating to my stupidly hectic schedule. Parking is convenient and all I have to do when I walk in the door is sign my name to the clipboard and start working. Therapists and trainers listen when I say if something's working or not. They don't make me sit around waiting for them and they don't sit around waiting for me. They push me when I need to be pushed. They don't let me slack off when I'm lazy. They take copious notes about every little thing I tell them and then, surprisingly, they remember when I come in the next time. Environment is fun and they're usually playing some funky music, which makes being there more fun. Most importantly, in my effort to rehab my knee and back, things have started to gradually feel better - not 100% yet - but feel like I'm taking steps to being on that path. read more

My best experience with PT so far. I have practically worked with everyone at the practive. Not only did Terri correctly identified what's causing my lower back problem, but the whole entire practice basically helped me return to regular exercise and regain my strength. Terri has done dry needling, cupping, massage therapy, you name it. Jerry did an incredible taping of my back. Rebecka has done heat therapy on my back and taught me how to use an elliptical correctly (yes, there's a way). Jerilynn works the front but has also cheered me on with my exercises. She's also that friendly voice reminding me that I have an appointment the next day. Nereyda handles insurance and referral like a boss. And Theresa... she'll kick your butt with her exercises, and if you're lucky, you'll get a glute release massage from her. She and her massage is a whole 'nother experience! To be able to wake up one morning without a tight painful back was such a blessing. These folks are like family now. They help you heal but they also laugh with you and listen to you. This place is amazing. I was looking for someplace central and after calling another PT company was rude and gave me the impression they didn't want my business, this place was a breath of fresh air. I came in after having ligament repair surgery and everyone is so friendly and obviously has nothing but my best interest at heart. Not only did they work on rebuilding the strength of my ankle, they helped me build strength on the muscles that support my ankle. After each session they massaged the area and worked on the scar to help prevent scar tissue. Not only will this help the scar tissue but it felt amazing. These folks are like being with family. Everyone from the person who answered the phone when I first called to physical therapists. My knee replacement is going good thanks to their hard work and support. I've wanted to give up and limp forever but every time I go someone says something that points out my progress and I feel better. So happy with the outstanding physical therapy I've received at Arizona Physical Therapy! I really appreciate the commitment by my PT (Terri) to spend the needed time to figure out what was going on with my hip/low back/glute pain, and then trying a variety of PT treatments to help resolve the issue. I was a patient for nearly 2 years -- they provided excellent care and rehab using multiple modalities to help me overcome obstacles to my good health.
