We had the BEST experience with this team! They redid our kitchen floors and were absolutely…read moreamazing from start to finish. The entire project was completed in just two days, and throughout the process they communicated with us to make sure the direction of the LVP was exactly how we envisioned it and that everything would lay properly and look seamless. Because our home is older, the job involved much more than just laying new flooring. They tore up old tile and multiple layers of linoleum, uncovering the kind of surprises you often find in older houses. There were uneven areas and quirks beneath the surface, and they took the time to properly level the subfloor so the LVP would be installed the right way -- not just quickly, but correctly. They explained what was needed and why, which gave us so much confidence in the process. I don't know much about flooring, and they were incredibly generous with their time and guidance, helping us make informed decisions while still making us feel completely in control of the final look. They even replaced a power outlet without us asking -- such a thoughtful touch that shows how much pride they take in their work. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out and would recommend them without hesitation!
