The Bullfrog Spa was delivered six months after the purchased date. Delivery was smooth. Install was quick and professional. Staff from the Factory Store were helpful. We have had the spa for a little over two weeks now and we are happy with the purchase. It is working exactly as expected. We would totally recommend this spa with the caveat that delivery date needs to be clearly defined to set expectations.

The quality of their work is excellent and its value exceeded my expectations. Service has been nothing short of outstanding. They stand behind their warranty without complaint. Had an issue with oxidation on a water feature scupper and it was replaced without hesitation. Craftsmanship is excellent and they truly take pride in their work and care about their customer. Service department is one of the best around. Jenn in Service has been great! Very responsive, informative and updating me on issues without fault. Considering the size and complexity of this project, that is an incredible accomplishment. Every phase was impressive, including excavation, steel, shotcrete, hardscape, and landscaping. The hardscape crew may be the best in the Phoenix area, and the softscape crew is absolutely elite. The quality, precision, and attention to detail are evident everywhere you look. Joshua is an exceptional designer and a true professional. He may be one of the best outdoor-living designers in the entire Phoenix metro area. Darrin and Marissa also did an excellent job managing such a large project. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and committed to getting everything right. As expected with a project of this magnitude, there were some hiccups along the way. California Pools addressed the issues as they surfaced and made sure they were taken care of. That says a great deal about the company. The final result is spectacular. Our yard looks like a luxury resort, and we could not be happier with how everything came together.

They quoted one price for the delivery, then raised it upon completion. I learned there's a known plumbing issue with this particular make & model's "volcano" jet in the center. It finally burst after only 11 months of use & now the spa leaks water daily. I've had it sitting empty for 2 weeks waiting for them to come and repair it @ almost $2K.
