In the Fall, we were delivered, when neither of us was home to receive it, "our" snow plow- except it wasn't ours. It was the same brand and type of plow, but it was rusty and dented, with old rusted wheels, and ours was sparkly brand new- looking. My husband called to try to get our rightful plow back, and they said it was ours. It is not! BEWARE! Keep your model number number handy, if you need a repair, so you can identify your equipment! I am fair, and to be fair, this rusty snow plow does start up and run. But it's still not ours. I wonder who has ours...

He took apart the the carburetor and cleaned it. He changed the oil when I had changed it 2 weeks before he showed up and charged me for it. He didn't ask me if I wanted the oil changed. This must be a very successful business because it took him a month to get to my appointment. The service call cost me $ 190.00. I would not recommend this service. It was way too expensive. You are better off taking your mower to a shop.

The plumbers did everything they could think of, even calling and informing their supervisor. They left the house shaking their heads..... So I called up Jeff Thomas Electric. I had done business with Jeff before and he has done some great things. Jeff came to the house, told him what the problem was, he then asked if I had a GFI nearby and he pointed to an outlet just down from the sink, pushed the reset button. Viola!!! Problem solved!!!! I couldn't thank Jeff enough!

Aspenleiter was recommended by a friend, and I had a great experience. I walked in having done research on Sebo vacuums and mostly knowing what I wanted. The salesperson (name I am currently forgetting) was very helpful, let me "test drive" multiple models, and was knowledgeable about different features. Prices were also lower than on the Sebo website! I'm very glad I purchased from here. I will definitely return for service and sales.

The employee told them that it was used as a trade-in, etc...I have no idea what he was talking about. I called that location many times over the next few weeks and spoke to this same employee who told me my vacuum was being fixed at another location, then that he was looking for it, etc...instead of being honest with me about what happened to my vacuum. I thought this employee was the manager/owner and I was not not sure how to proceed. I decided to stop in the shop one last time and that is when I met Todd, the actual manager/owner. I wish I had known about him before that day. I explained what happened and he was very confused. This had never happened before he told me. I even showed him my drop off slip. The vacuum was nowhere to be found. The employee was there that day and did not admit that he made a mistake and that he had misled me multiple times. Instead, he just kept telling us what a terrible vacuum brand this was. My vacuum was not old or terrible. In fact, it was still under warranty. Todd eventually called me and left a message wanting to know what date my family member was in the shop so he could check the cameras?!! I called him back the next day and left a message. However, no response. To this day, no one has responded. Never have I had such poor customer service. Instead of working with me and apologizing for losing or reselling my vacuum, they ignored the problem. So, no. I don't recommend using Supervacuum on Winton Road.

Had to come…read moreout twice, as the issue at first seemed to be a cleaning that was required and then was determined to be a regulator for the dryer. Only problem I have with them is that most companies I've worked with will apply the service call fee (~$125 in this case) towards the actual repair if a repair is needed, and Register Appliance does not. Generally, the service call fee is to cover the cost of sending a service tech out when no actual service is needed--and maybe covering a very, very simple fix (like tightening a loose hose or something). In this company's case, this is not true. To be clear, I was informed of this when I booked them, so this was NOT a surprise, but I was also in a bit of a tough spot, as my mother needed a working dryer immediately.
