The company is family owned and it shows. Father and son team showed up. They were very good about responding right away. They actually called to say they could come early if that was alright (oh yes it was!). They were good about getting the hoses to the tank and making sure they didn't run them over any plants. They flushed clear water through to make sure they didn't dump sewage on our sidewalk. Pleasant and unfailingly polite. No attempts to nickel and dime us with upcharges. Our filter was clogged (which was the root of all our problems) and they diagnosed it right away and cleaned it for no extra charge.
