I would like to recognize Rich's Auto Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana…read more On Friday my transmission failed on the way back to Canada. By sheer luck we ended up at Rich's Auto Center. Both Nick & Will treated us with the upmost respect and courtesy. While we figured out the course we wanted too take Nick & Will were totally supportive. In the end we ended up having Rich's Auto Center replace our transmission and do a few other repairs. With their full schedule I do know how they did it but by end of day Tuesday we had our vehicle back and in full working condition. I cannot say enough good things about Nick & Will

Rich's Auto Center Twenty-plus years ago Rich's was…read morerecommended by a Waynedale car repair shop that was going out of business. In those twenty years, we have never been disappointed in quality, value, personnel, convenience, communication, choices, recommendations...on and on...we really cannot say enough good about Rich's. Even with a recent change of ownership, the aforementioned attributes remain, while enhancing a family-owned and operated experience. Of course, we sometimes think the repair is expensive - then, we realize we have never been disappointed. Quality does not cost, it pays. Wally and Phyllis Hull

Within 3000 miles of an oil change, the oil pan bolt fell out!…read more Jeff at Tuffy first blamed us for removing it!!?? And then said it got knocked out when we hit something?? I noted that a fictitious scrape is not going to unscrew a bolt! Then he said I put the bolt in crooked, when I noted that it was probably damaged by his worker and that's why it fell out! If the bolt had not fallen out because of poor work, I would not have been putting a new one in! Now they say the oil pan is bent. Also suggested a fan belt, not realizing they just replaced it on this very service. THEY SIMPLY DID NOT TIGHTEN THE BOLT ENOUGH AND IT FELL OUT AND THEY WONT ADMIT IT AND WANT TO BLAME US! Poor service, and they will not take responsibility for their incompetent work. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEPLACE ELSE AS WE WILL FROM NOW ON! From the previous reviews, it looks like others think the same way!
