Graeme came and immediately started to work. He did have to call another man in to help push the pipe through the wall from outside. The entire job was repiped, concrete was poured and looks better than new in 3 hours. They did more in those 3 hours than the first 2 people did in 2 days. The price I paid was shockingly lower than the first company and now I have my water back on without having to finance the repairs as I previously would have had to do. I would highly reccomend this company and I certainly will call them in the future!

I did-I am having plumbing problems again just 6 months later, and another plumber told me I should not have to pay a second time, and certainly not a third, so I called them. The woman that answered started yelling at me. I said that I did not want fight-I would just call another plumber-then I got a message that they were recording the phone call. How funny that they didn't record when she was yelling at me. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I am a business and lost significant revenue due to their incompetence!!

All went good with that…read more We've been trying for a week to get someone, anyone, at this company to call us back or book an appointment or act like they are in business at all with zero response. All we wanted was a maintenance call for what we thought was a full tank. Husband has called at least three or four times M-F during business hours and left messages, some labeled urgent and still --- nothing. If you want someone who will call you back or have a person answer the phone who can assist you with scheduling or relaying information either way, find another company. I'm not sure if it's the answering service that is the problem, or if it's the company itself that is the problem, but not being able to contact someone at all in a week's time is unacceptable. We called another company who said we have a different issue (not a full tank) which SHOULD be covered by our installers.....too bad we can't get them on the phone or in person. Find someone else to do business with.
