We were very impressed mostly with the jacket & wedding dress as those are the most expensive pieces we have brought in! The wedding dress cost 1/3 of the price compared to ProStitch at Guildford. The jacket costed under $100 to do, and they kept all the padding, zippers and buttons in place for shortening the sleeves! Amazing!

Despite smelling like an Asian food court, I didn't have time to hightail it to my favourite dry cleaner by Oakridge. It was not a good week. Thankfully, Quality Dry Cleaners is located a block away from where I work. Open 9:00-6:00 every day, they were able to remove all evidence of my sauce mishaps for the rock-bottom prices of $6.50/skirt and $6.00/pants. Quality also does alterations, with 1-2 seamstresses working right at the front. From what I could tell, the alteration services extend well beyond the standard pants hemming as they were busy altering a Chinese cheongsam dress when I arrived. For the prices alone I would have normally given them the full 5-star treatment, but felt that I needed to knock down half a star because it took them 3 days to get everything done (dropped off on Monday, ready by Thursday). There's no doubt I'll come back though as long as I'm in the neighbourhood.

This logo tag was very important to the male wearer of the cap. Firstly: the service took longer than 2 weeks. Excuse was back logged because of vacation by the sewer. Secondly: the elastic that was sewn on without providing any stretch, the very reason for replacing the elastic, therefore the cap did not fit the head and was loose as before with the old elastic. Thirdly: the important logo tag was lost! Fourthly: the 25.00 charge was outrageous and accompanied with excuses that it was a difficult job.......removing and replacing an elastic band???? will not ever use this business again
