Shout out to to Emily and her coworkers and the front desk at the KPT location at Haselwood YMCA…read more The last thing I wanted to do was to move my knee after a complete knee replacement. After my 1st appt I knew I was in good hands. Emily made you feel you were gonna do this and I was going to get better, and I did. She never pushed you it was all about what you were comfortable with and doing your homework. Here I am 6 months later there isn't anything I say no to. The gardening is getting done. I am a member at YMCA so I could exercise before or after my appointment. ,

Sadly my experience with this location was poor. I had 3 different PTs during my couple of months…read morethere. It was due to vacations, illnesses, etc but still difficult. Towards the end of my time there I had 3 different phone calls to try and reschedule a session to earlier in the day. The front desk told me it wasn't them and probably not the therapist. Eventually the therapist admitted she had them calling. Mind you I had told everyone I work a full time job and cannot come in earlier than my assigned time. Iced frustrating with being interrupted at work. Lastly I had mention 7 months ago that I was owed money since insurance was covering all of it and the clinic owed me money back. I mentioned it a couple of times to no avail. Well 7 months later I finally got the money I was owed. I had been a returning client. Sadly I will most likely not use this location again.

My Aunt, Carol spent 12 weeks at Northwoods in hospice care. I wanted to take the opportunity to…read moreexpress my deep appreciation for the staff, and the quality care they provided during her stay. From the Doctor's and PA's, to the Nurses and Aid's, to the front desk staff and Housekeepers, everyone we interacted with was caring and responsive to every need. A hospice journey is never easy, but Northwoods made it as easy as possible for all concerned, especially Carol. I specifically want to call out Steve, Alex, and Kiki for the outstanding work they did. Being an aid for someone who can no longer care for themself has got to be one of the toughest jobs in the world. The dignity, respect, and skill they showed Carol was truly noticed and appreciated. New, and tried to call to ask if my loved one made it in from the H. NO ONE ANSWERED the phones…read moreeither time, evening or morning. My mind started to worry that there had been a building emergency. Being out of touch with my loved one, not knowing how he was doing, made me feel that he was ISOLATED from family and that he could be as worried as I was for his own safety. Guy at desk was filling in and did not seem to care, but other staff saw my missed calls and explained they needed to tell the fill-ins to answer the phones???? I want to get Loved One out ASAP. - not getting comfortable

I woke up in pain at 4:30 in the morning after seeing Dr Punt. Two days later I am still in really…read morebad discomfort. I don't know what he did but it sure messed me up and I feel way worse than when I went in. He certainly didn't alert me to look out for or expect any results that might occur post his treatment. I'm living on Tylenol and awaiting seeing a new PT. So that's really bad, but i'm not sure if he is an anti-vaxer, but he is absolutely an anti-masker. Health professionals are required to wear masks, but he doesn't think it's needed and told me you only need 1 vaccine, which is quite contrary to all research. He sited data from a John Hopkins research that could not be found and when I called to ask him for a link to the research so we could review he did not respond. He doesn't require anyone to wear a mask though the two people at the front desk are smart enough and both wear masks, another patient entered and did not wear a mask. During my initial consultation he worked hard and succeeded in impressing me that he was smart and really understood my body and how many of my issues were connected. I thought I found a solution/practitioner for many of my issues. So I was really bummed that he wouldn't wear a mask because that meant I couldn't see him because my a partner is immunocompromised. But now that I am into day 3 and again woke up very early am to discomfort when the tylenol wore off. Don't go!

I have had back, shoulder, and arm pains for 10 years and have seen various medical practitioners…read moreabout it over the years. Dr. Punt is the first who identified the root cause and started treating that. The others would treat symptoms. (Granted, trigenics did wonders for the symptoms.) I believe I am now on my way to permanent healing. As for the 2013 review, Dr. Punt is Dutch, not arrogant. His wife does not work at his office, and I have found the billing practices to work simply and smoothly. I am glad that Redge C found a PT to his liking. The body is super complicated. Some approaches work better for some people than others. Punt works very well for me.
