Pro serv was referred to us by our home warranty company. They sent out a tech who just looked at our fridge, he didn't do any testing. It is too cold in the fridge and stays around 36 in the freezer. He just said he couldn't find anything wrong. He said for my husband to take pictures of the thermostat a few times a day and he would call us back. He never called back. They closed the account, after we paid our 95.00 copay. When my husband called the office the woman there Jeannie hung up on him. This place is unprofessional and so very rude. My husband and I are making a point to tell anyone who will listen. I have had issues with this company twice, a year apart and the original problem still is not fixed. In 2023 (April) my oven was having issues. The technician who came out was rude, belittled us in our home, and customer service on the phone was horrid. Eventually the owner (if to be believed) came out in September 2023 and "fixed" the issue. It never worked correctly. Cut to June 2024, same experience. "Owner" comes out and says "I'll have to research it and get back to you." Never heard back. I called every two weeks to leave messages, and every now and then would get a person who "I'll talk to the technician and call you back" and never would call back. Now September 2024; get ahold of them and in the SAME call they say (1) there's no record of me, (2) they didn't charge me [I've been charged every time], (3) I should contact my warranty company to submit another claim to go through them [this was already done], (4) "they don't even make the part you need anymore", and honestly the most egregious (5) they hung up on me after refusing to complete the form that was here and ready for the technician when he came June 27, 2024. I called back...they picked up and hung up SIX TIMES. I tried to report them to the BBB only to find out they are not accredited. They absolutely should not be allowed in people's homes to theoretically perform services they don't know how to do. I wish there was a license to report, because how this company is in business is asinine. Now I'm out tons of money, two years, and still no working oven. Honestly I wish I could give zero stars, and that's not something I normally say. They don't even deserve one star. read more

That decision was eventually overturned by another vendor. On their second visit, ProServe damaged my newly installed floors and refused to help me repair it. The technician lied and told his supervisor that there was existing water damage and they he did not cause the damage.... Mind you, these are brand new floors with ZERO evidence of water damage. To top it all off, they were there to fix a leak which was made worse by their "repair." I ended up having to pay another company to fix their bad work. They quoted a price for a repair, changed the quote after 3 weeks and than refused to put the part in because I was displeased with the customer service thus far. Pro Serv in Littleton Colorado was great. The technician was very professional and went over and above to make sure we received our part and installed it as soon as possible. The previous company told us we needed a new refrigerator door. Since ours was an older model we would have had to buy a new refrigerator and it was not covered under warranty! Our technician found it was only a small part that had worn out, Saved us hundreds of dollars and untold hassles. I heartily recommend this company. read more

We had 3 appliances serviced by ProServe today. At the end of the visit, Flint the technician started yelling, cursing, and insulting me. After repeatedly asking him to leave my home he finally stormed out, continuing to yell and slammed my front door. I am a 30-year old woman, alone in my home as my husband is at work and daughter is at school. To be intimidated and threatened in my own home by one of your technicians was terrifying. Once this man left my home and I was able to lock the door I called the receptionist (Kiera) at ProServe, who didn't seem bothered about my experience. I asked for a manager or owner, but no one was available nor has anyone called me back. Now my fridge is leaking... this company was originally schedule due to the ice maker not working, and now we have a continuous leak. After being treated horribly, this person broke a part of my appliance that wasn't broken... so much for professional, skilled technicians. read more

Work is not complete yet but Pro Serv has been awful so far. Referred through our home warranty company for an oven repair. There was a delay in receiving the first service appointment by 2 weeks. Then a multitude of excuses start- someone called in sick and they had to reschedule another week out. Everywhere else bucks up and handles sick employees by not just delaying. The tech visit is fine and a replacement part is ordered. No follow up to a request for more information on progress. Then repair visit is scheduled for 10 more days out resulting in us not having an oven for 5 weeks! Extremely poor communication, nothing but excuses and no prioritization of customer service. Our New GE refrigerator took a dump (full of food, of course) The tech showed up the following day right on time. He took special care to not scratch or new floors that were installed 4 days prior. He diagnosed the problem, showed me the amp meter and what it should be. He actually had the part on him. Installation in 30 min or so. Showed me amp meter again right where it was supposed to be. Price was reasonable. Took my credit card sent me a receipt with warranty info, put his shoes on and left. Totally satisfied. read more

Scott was very nice, he came in looked at my products that needed to be fixed, he fixed what he could and then said he had to order parts. He did say it would take about 6 weeks to get them with everything that is going on and companies being at minimum workers. Do to out of his hands it took alot longer, when I called the lady on the phone was very nice when I called to find out what was going on. My parts finally came in Scott came back out to fix it 2 days later. He also fixed a non related problem for free as a thank you for taking so long to get everything in. I offered to pay him a service fee but he would not take it. Thank you for being so honest and helpful! I would recommend Scott to anyone. read more

Absolutely terrible! The tech who came out was good, diagnosed the problem and ordered a part. The part came in, Fidelity Home Warranty approved the work but when we tried to get another tech out it was impossible. Weeks went by with every phone call to Pro Serv either not being answered or being given the run around by Tema, the waste of space that manages the techs. She kept saying that we couldn't scheduling anything that day and had to wait until tomorrow or that she would call back and then wouldn't. When asked to speak to her supervisor she simply said no. She tried to claim that they didn't have approval when they did. She tried to claim they didn't have the part when they did. She tried to claim the tech hadn't diagnosed the problem and they'd have to start over!! That's when I moved on to another company. DO NOT USE pro serv! read more

We used ProServ because we were referred to them by Blue Ribbon Home Warranty. The technician came out to fix our ice maker on 4/6 and charged $321 for the visit (does not include the small amount covered by the home warranty). Within 2 days, the original problem of leakage was still occurring. We contacted the technician and didn't hear anything for a week. So we then had to contact the company directly to get a response. They sent the same technician out and we were then charged $189. They did not charge for labor the second time, but also did not refund any of the cost of the initial visit that clearly did not fix the issue. After this visit the ice maker worked for about 2 weeks before the exact same original problem recurred. Unfortunately it seems the technician did not have the knowledge/experience to either diagnose or fix the actual problem and the company did not offer a solution. After wasting over $500 and experiencing the frustration of poor communication, our ice maker is still broken. I would not recommend this company for fridge/ice maker repair due to their inability to solve the issue, unwillingness to reimburse us for the fixes that never actually fixed anything and general unprofessionalism. Note: this refers to events that happened in April and I am just now getting a chance to write a review, but it was important enough to me to post even after time has passed so another person does not have the same experience. read more

If I could give NO STARS I would. Guy came out to fix our ice maker and switch on our double oven. He left telling me to buy it on Amazon and told me he couldn't do anything for the double oven. The reason I called an appliance repair person was to FIX my problems. He lacked experience and acted like he just wanted to get out of our house the second he got here. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! I hired a dryer vent company and he cleaned my vent 3 times. Proserv tech still blamed the dryer vent. Terrible customer relations. I called a 'person' and told her I thought I had a refrigerant leak in my refrigerator because I had a strong chemical smell like fingernail polish remover in the refrigerator. Well, the technician shows up and agrees there is a chemical smell in the refrigerator, but did not bring the refrigerant gas detector because the phone 'person' did not relay the information that I thought it was a refrigerant leak. He had no idea what it was and called his boss who told him that some citrus fruit had rotted in my refrigerator that caused the smell. I told him I had not had any rotted citrus in my refrigerator. He told me that refrigerant does not have an odor. My internet searches beg to differ and concludes the only way to know is with a refrigerant detector. Anyway...he said the refrigerant detector was in his bosses truck and that he would not go get it because he did not believe it was a refrigerant leak. He said I would have to pay $69.95 for his service call to tell me something had rotted in my refrigerator and I could setup another service call for $69.95 if I wanted him to return with the refrigerant gas detector. What terrible customer practices. They do not deserve our business. read more

Got a call from a ProServ tech asking me to describe the problem with my dishwasher and to send photos of the model and inside of the dishwasher so they could get the right parts... then I had to wait for parts and hear how the tech guy had to go look for them (ever heard of calling a company re parts instead of driving there to see if they have them?)... So the first day ProServ was suppose to come, tech texted with me instead of coming to see the dishwasher... then finally the parts came in and tech came to "fix" the dishwasher. He "tried to fix" the dishwasher though didn't even check to see if it worked afterwards AND left the part he did replace inside the dishwasher... Professional. He should have turned the dishwasher on, then contacted me to see if it worked. It didn't work. I tried washing the same load several times - they weren't clean and most weren't that dirty they were just boxed up from a move. Tech was called to come back out... is out "sick" on Friday then is working on Saturday. He calls me AGAIN instead of coming to my place to fix the dishwasher. I tell him the dishwasher isn't working. He calls Fidelity Home Warranty Company and asks that another company go out. Probably because he knew the dishwasher was broken AND/OR he didn't know how to fix it. Also, previously, he noted the company who comes out takes a hit with payment if the machine has to be replaced instead of fixed... I just want my dishwasher fixed. ProServ wasted FOUR DAYS of appointments over the entire month of February & never fixed my dishwasher. STAY AWAY from ProServ. read more
