I have not met David and his crew but I have seen all the mistakes they have made on our basement…read more David the owner has claimed that my husband messed up the walls. My question is why would he bust our pipes and mess up things when it would cost us more money replacing it?? I have heard David on the phone cuss and calling my husband every thing. I have also seen text messages where he cussed my husband. This is not professional. I have also seen the basement floor that was very uneven. He did redo all his mistakes but it still looks like crap. when anyone pays as much as we did to have this done, then you want it done right. David does not admit to his mistakes and he cusses and calls names like a child when you let him know that you are not satisfied with the work he has done. The truth hurts at times...

Would not recommend. We worked with Solomon to pour our home slab and retaining wall. We agreed…read moreon a price after providing engineered drawings with the expectation that payment would be made when the full job was complete. Almost every time we spoke to the owner he commented on how much "More work" they were doing than what they expected and how much more it was costing them. Eventually this lead to demanding a partial payment before pouring the wall. When we pushed back he threatened to back out on our job. He also tried to raise the price he wanted paid half way through. We agreed to pay him portion of the job. After we paid him a lot of money he never returned to the job site. He dragged us along for almost a month before telling us he was not going to finish our job. Now we're forced to find someone else to finish the slab. Based on how much we paid him for unfinished work we're expecting to be out $15,000 - $25,000 to have someone else finish the job. Overall, The owner and his brother are difficult to deal with and don't communicate well, they have poor memory of what they say and agree to and don't write things down in any real contract format. They regularly argue with their customers about the details of the work. They do not do a good job following engineered plans and in many cases the owners are not even on the job site for much of the work being completed. Most concerning, they had no issues with taking our money and not finishing the job they promised to do.
