They installed the tile either wrong or very poorly, and under the fridge they didn't grout at all. The grout is coming up everywhere and there are tiles that are held down with nothing but gravity. Our home had a severe drainage problem that allowed rainwater to run down the side Of the…read morefoundation and into our crawl space . We also had an erosion problem that was getting worse as time went by . We called Lozano's Concrete and Repair, and they came out immediately and assessed the whole problem, even crawling down into the crawl space to take pictures of the area that was leaking . They graded the whole area away from the house and installed a French drain to properly redirect the water away from the house . They installed a footer along our carport to stop the erosion problem there . They even installed an extra step on an access area ( at no charge) , because I am 72 years of age and they were worried that the Step Up was too high for me . Everyone on the crew was knowledgeable and friendly. They did a beautiful job and the cost was fair .
