Went from a house that was ok, to something seriously spectacular!!! And, since the next 20 years or so will see us get too old to be doing repairs and upkeep on our own, this was a perfect option! I went with this company because I knew someone that used them, so I got a chance to see their handy work before they even stared on ours! I would gladly give them a glorious review!! The company who'd replaced our roof didn't replace the flat part. They said it didn't need to be replaced. It was a rainy day when they collected the check. As soon as they were gone, our family room ceiling opened up and gallons of water poured in. The roofing company agreed to replace the flat roof but they did a sloppy job. I had someone on my roof who was screening off areas where critters could access our attic and they told me that flat roof needed to be replaced, sooner than later. I contacted several companies recommended by people on the Nextdoor app. One company came out to give me a quote but never returned my calls. Another company told me they were only doing roof replacements. I appreciated their honesty. I was very specific when I called roofing companies; I didn't need a new roof. One guy came out and told me he could contact my insurance company and tell them my roof had been damaged from a storm. We'd not had any damage to our roof from storms and that's bordering on insurance fraud. I decided to check out Yelp recommendations and saw that Easton had a lot of good reviews. When I called, they were very nice and told me they'd send someone out. The guys from Easton were there on time and they gave me an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable so I called to schedule the repair. The workers were very nice, professional, timely and they were there everyday until it was finished. They cleaned up after the repair so I wasn't finding random pieces of roofing material. Everyone, from the woman who answered the phone to the guys who did the repair was very nice and the whole process was seamless. Easton completed the repair and after years of checking ceilings, I can finally relax. Another contractor I'd used to remodel our house often needed access to the roof. I didn't ask him to check the flat roof but while he was up there, he wanted to check it out. He assured me they'd done a very good job and then asked for their info so he'd have the name of a good roofing company if one of his clients was looking to replace their roof. When an outstanding contractor is impressed with the work done by another company and asking for the company's info, that says a lot. If we have to replace our roof, we'll definitely use Easton and if anyone needs a roof replacement or repair, I highly recommend them. They've earned those 5 star reviews.

He looked the situation over closely and told me what I needed and gave me the name of a company that does that type of work. My neighbor asked for his opinion on her situation and he said her guttering was too small for the volume of water. He sent a crew out four days later and completed the job for her. One of the crew members noticed something had been done wrong by another company when he got up on the roof. She is going to have Eldon and Sons correct that before it becomes a bigger issue. I also had two replacement windows go bad. I called Jerry at Eldon and Sons and he ordered the replacements which were installed the day they did my neighbor's guttering job. No charge. No hassle. They were glad to take care of the problem. If all businesses related to construction and otherwise did business the way Eldon and Sons does, there would be a lot more happy homeowners. They removed all of our stucco, repaired wood rot, installed James Hardie siding, replaced 30 windows, installed a new back door, painted the front door and replaced two garage doors. The transformation is remarkable. We spent a lot of time researching contractors and met with multiple highly rated companies before choosing Fairway. Their professionalism immediately stood out. Scott's proposal was detailed, organized, and far more comprehensive than the others we received. His knowledge of proper James Hardie installation practices gave us confidence that we were making the right investment. Throughout construction, Nick did an outstanding job managing the project. Communication was excellent. He responded quickly whenever we had questions, sent videos showing the day's progress while we were at work, and always made sure we approved important details before moving forward. The installation crews deserve recognition as well. They were punctual every day, respectful of our home, incredibly hardworking, and meticulous about cleaning up before leaving each evening. It was clear they cared about quality craftsmanship, and it showed in every stage of the project. What impressed us most was how stress-free the entire process felt. On a project this large, we expected plenty of headaches. Instead, everything was organized, well communicated, and professionally managed from beginning to end. The final result is stunning. I honestly look forward to pulling into our driveway because the house looks that good. It exceeded even the vision we had before the project began. If you're considering James Hardie siding, replacement windows, doors, or a complete exterior renovation, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fairway Exteriors.
