Competent staff, so a steady stream of customers, but never a long wait. Only downside? Not the friendliest customer service by any stretch. They're often a bit rude and short with customers. So weird to listen to the Christian music they have on repeat while they snap at you for not knowing how to use their printer/scanner/copier. The Lindale Library staff is so much more friendly and helpful, for a fraction of the price. Brookshires, Lindale Custom Jeeps, DQ, Sonic, hell, even McDonalds staff if friendlier than the staff here. Very out of place for Lindale.

I assumed he'd scan them and get them to USPS. Nope! Didn't scan them, didn't take them, as far as I know he took them to his house. When my wife went back to ask about them being shipped and why weren't they scanned in she was told "then you should have taken them there yourself ". Everything still worked, the case was just cracked from overuse (no, I never dropped it). I paid them $200 for the parts and labor, and the laptop looked good when they handed it back to me. Unfortunately, I brought it home and noticed that the screen wouldn't turn on. I feel stupid for not turning it on in-store, but why would I assume I needed to? I brought it back in to them the next day and told them about the issue. They kept asking if I'd dropped it. They looked it over and admitted that they must have displaced something (broken it) during the case repair. I was under the impression that they wanted to make it right, so I was flexible and forgiving. To cut a very very long story short, I ended up driving back and forth to this place a total of nine times for a variety of reasons (they ordered the wrong part, the part was "dead on arrival," they were out of office for hours at a time, etc). In the end, they told me that more expensive parts would need replacing (i.e. I might as well buy a new computer). They did not offer to fix it or refund me. I was so frustrated I just walked out. Wish I had stood my ground and at least asked for a refund on the case. TLDR: my laptop worked before they touched it, and now it doesn't. Now I'm out $200 and I'm stuck with a broken laptop. All we needed was some quick simple stickers for our company, and was told "these will look clean and professional" Ok, I can get behind that, they were at least printing on vinyl. After sending in a super high res file they printed them. And what we got back was terrible. I would understand that if I sent a low res JPEG file that it would be pixelated and grainy..the black was more of a grayish color, and the overall layout of the sicker and paper over the top that has to be peeled back just makes a bad product.. sigh... I'm so disappointed with the experience. I went back and explained that we can't use these, well "it's because it was digitally printed" oh please people. I never got another option to print any other way. And "our manager said we can't refund you" Ok, I was very polite and said thank you and left. It wasn't until later that day we were printing some photos at Xpresso Print Cafè that I learned that they print stickers!! Like the best I have seen and let me tell you, they are more then 1/4th the price!
