The service people are great! The problem is the office staff. We have a standing request to be notified a few days in advance before they come to do the quarterly treatment, because we have the interior done at the same time. Ever since they were bought out, that request has not been honored. It would be a shame to cancel them because of the office staff. read more

We have been using Pro Pest consistently for well over 10 years and their services continues to get worse. For the past several years, I hired them to address a bug issue. Their technicians always have been on time and are very nice. Unfortunately after their treatment, the bug issue continued. Their consistent solution was for us to buy their maintenance program. Downside of that is even after treatment, there has been no improvement. Also, the front office administration hasn't been helpful or even nice about it. I just had a very professional Pro Pest, LLC technician named Mike who did perhaps the best pest control job I have ever had. He removed his shoes before entering the house. He was very thorough. He did the inside, outside and removed any cobwebs that he found. He took the time to educate me on a couple of pest control issues that I was having that I had no idea how to solve, but he certainly did. If all their workers are as good Mike, then this company has discovered the silver bullet for hiring good people. read more

We have been using ProTurf for several years now. With excellent results. This year we decided to use ProPest for our yard to treat Mosquitos, Chiggers, Fleas and the like. This is the best company in the metro area for Pest Control! I have always had great service from them, their technicians are very knowledgeable, punctual and polite. I forgot thorough & professional-they always did a complete job and gave me a comprehensive report. They even took care of the pesty "Cicada Killers" that had overtaken my back yard. They kept track of the areas that needed extra attention to ensure that any problems were being corrected by their treatments. Very satisfied with their service and price. Midway through their 3rd year of service for us we moved out of state & they gave me a pro-rated refund w/o even asking. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company in the K.C. Metro area! read more

We had decided to hold off on using any further chemicals and went with another approach feeling comfortable with this as we were told the ants we were seeing were not carpenter ants. When the 2nd treatment was done I thought the technician was from the other company we hired. I called the office again after a bill was received and spoke to a Bre who told me she would "look into it" as she didn't see that any changes had been made to our account and we were still set up for treatments. I assured her that I had not only called but cancelled online shortly after the 1st application. She told me she was cancelling the account as we spoke and that I would get a call back regarding what she discovered. I never got a call and figured that it was taken care of but now have an email reminder to pay this bill. I took all the right steps in cancelling the account after the first application and after an email & multiple calls I'm still being held responsible for an error in documentation because they can't find record of the call being made. I'm essentially being told they don't believe I ever made the call to cancel and I resent being called a liar. read more

I have the quarterly service through Pro Pest. They're always reliable and on time and very easy to work with. I have no pest problems after they come and they're very friendly always. I appreciate that I also don't have to be home and they'll just spray outside, but if I'm having a problem inside, they're happy to address. Overall, great service and very reasonable given other services that do the same quarterly pest control. read more

Services provided were good. But business communication is where the problem begins. We used them frequently for almost a year for our pest control and lawn needs. But it got to a point where their technicians were starting to overlap and do services too frequently, and still trying to charge us even when we did not schedule services. Once we cancelled our services they started calling myself and my partner multiple times a week. This has been going on for almost 8 months now. We have asked multiple times to be removed from their lists and then tell us we will. Low and behold the next week roles around and we get another call. My partner has personally blocked 7 different numbers of pro pest and he continues to get calls from new numbers. I spoke with someone over the phone 2 weeks ago and requested we be taken off any call lists, and was assured we would be. This was not the case as we have continued to receive calls. I don't know if its an associate issue, technology system issue, or they simply don't care but I will not be using them again. read more

I have used Propest for years now, someday I hope to do their lawn service. Reliable friendly service.

They came out to my home due to spiders, was getting too many of them. They sprayed inside the home first and came back 60 days for the outside. They came on 9/29/20 and the next day noticed bugs coming in my bedroom window, I googled them because didn't know what they were (Carpenter Ants). Called Pro Pest about it and had to wait since they just sprayed. Today is 10/5/20 and no Pro Pest, was told on the list again. They were coming in my bedroom window, tons of them. Went outside and they engulfed my window and all around the garage door. I couldn't stop them too many coming in from the outside. I informed Pro Pest and was told it would be Thursday or when they could get out. I paid them for a service and they dropped the ball. Tried to talk to Garret Cook (Project Mgr) but was given the run around. I found Pro Pest unprofessional and will never use them again. Be careful having them spray the outside of your home. I've been killing these bugs for days but today was the worst and no satisfaction from them. read more
