I politely asked her to be more careful, but on the very next nail she cut my skin so deeply that I started bleeding. Instead of apologizing or showing concern, she chuckled, which made an already painful experience feel incredibly dismissive and disrespectful. Accidents can happen, but how they're handled matters. I would have appreciated genuine concern, an apology, and greater care. Unfortunately, I left feeling hurt, uncomfortable, and with very little confidence in the salon's attention to customer safety. I won't be returning.

Didn't get the nails right from the reference I gave him and even then there isn't enough color on one nail. The glue from the gems he put on; left a noticeable line on the nail. After he finished my nails he got up, left, and forgot to even put cuticle oil on my nails. There's pieces of acrylic underneath my nails and overall It looks rushed. I don't know his name at all, but if I did I would've listed it.
