They didn't throw rings of nail color choices at me and tell me to go to the pedicure chair immediately. They have all nail colors displayed in hard bound books in a seating area up front. They ask you to sit and choose your colors (dip, gel, and regular all matching and in the same books). No rush, no pressure. Now on to the best part so far: no more awkward neck rollers on your head or kneading your shoulder blades. This chair alone is worth the visit. It smart senses your body so you're getting massages where you're supposed to instead of to one generic height. Will edit review once service is complete, which I'm sure will be perfection.

I only had to show Lena a photo once for her to get me exactly what I wanted. I also have very thin fragile natural nails and this did not burn or hurt AT ALL which has never happened. Side note- he added a clear gel and used the LED lamp-I had never had that done on dip and I think it gave me full wear outta the color!
