All she did was make each nail a different length & shape. She seemed shocked when I told her I wanted them the same length. She spent 7-10 minutes messing my nails up. I also, got the most expensive pedicure & she didn't remove the calluses. When I asked her to please work on them more there was an up charge (they're still the same as when I went in). $20 up charge for gel polish. I'm not even charged that on Maui. Do your self a favor & go somewhere else!! I wish I hadn't of paid. This place is the literal worst. UPDATE: The bigger question is why is MANAGEMENT of the salon so quick to call every bad review a LIE? Because they know it's true, perhaps? In fact, that is the case! Tuan (Kent) did an amazing job filling and fixing my set from a few weeks ago. They literally look so natural that I could have kept them "naked." (Don't quote me on the spelling). It was the worst manicure I've ever had. It started to peel at the base of the nail after 3 days. Normally I wouldn't be upset because maybe it was my fault, but it was because she rushed through my manicure and didn't wipe my nails clean after clipping my cuticles and filing my nails. The reason she was rushed is because they were past the point of being overbooked. One of the young girls working started almost crying saying she couldn't "do any more" when they accepted another two walk ins after they already had 4 people in the waiting area....mind you there were 9 people being serviced on top of the 6 in waiting. I won't be going back. I understand you don't want to turn customers away, but when your quality of work starts to go down hill because you are understaffed it isn't the right business decision.
