Unfortunately on our way home about 200 miles out we had same issues. We called Kabrina and she called a shop ahead of us in Boise who got us in and found the new sensor faulty. SCR wouldn't have known this without driving the car 100+ miles. They covered the cost and we were on our way again and finished our trip no issues. If ever in Twin Falls Idaho and are looking for A+ service Sage Creek Repair is the place. And shout out to Dale's Auto Care in Boise for fast and friendly service.

I was very pleased with their thorough inspection and honest recommendations about things that they thought needed to be done. They didn't encourage anything that they didn't feel was necessary. I don't know for sure whether their prices are reasonable for this area or not because I haven't had a lot of other services done here before, but I felt like they were honest and were super friendly to work with. I also really appreciated that they also provide courtesy rides home and back to their shop. It was so nice to visit with April and Kabrina!

We went back to have them change our head gasket and back windshield wiper blade. Their quote price was about $1,000 cheaper than other places in Rexburg. We thought we got a great deal. They were quick and very friendly. Unfortunately, we went to a Subaru dealership about 8 months later because the front passenger airbag was recalled (2007 Outback with no accidents). They told us our head gasket is leaking. How can this happen when it wasn't even a year old? Now we're possibly spending another $3,000 or so to get it changed or we'll just have to junk it since we've already put way too much in it. It's very disheartening since we trusted Auto Aspects. Also, when we got our car back after taking it to them, our back windshield wiper was misaligned. We took it back and they fixed it, but it's still frustrating that it wasn't done correctly the first time. Update: I read the comment from Auto Aspects. They are correct, we were within our warranty. However, why would I return to a place when it wasn't done correctly the first time? We took it to the Subaru dealership instead. We trust the dealership's knowledge of or specific car and now we will only be taking our vehicles to dealerships. Lesson learned!

Green Light Automotive quite literally saved my vacation. While going through another attraction in…read moreRexburg, my vehicle began to overheat (which was especially frustrating because I had replaced the thermostat less than a week prior). We frantically began calling around to see if any repair shops could get us in that day (as we were staying near Yellowstone). Green Light Automotive squeezed us in, met us outside as soon as we pulled up, and began diagnosing the issue. The owner of Green Light Automotive even used his personal vehicle (with car seats) to drive us into town to hang out at a restaurant while we waited for the repair to be done! Pricing was extremely fair (even less than what I paid for the initial thermostat repair at a shop local to me) and I cannot say enough good things about this company. Thank you so much!

That's where you'll find Jacob and David in Rexburg. First of all, Lance with cutthroat towing got my butt off the freeway, but Aaa wouldn't take the trailer. Lance got me to Randy with all season towing and he came and got the trailer and brought it over to green light auto. I was desperate traveling from Los Angeles to Montana to pick up my son and his car. Everyone could've easily gouged the crap out of me, and not one of them did. I guess that's the difference between California and Idaho. Jacob and David assessed the problem and it was a big job a lot of work and they did it for me the day I brought it in I think an angel sent me to them. To top it off Jacob's suggested I take a walk to the snake river. Absolutely beautiful it's not just the countryside it's the people that make this God's country. Eternally grateful to Jacob Lance, Randy and Nancy and I didn't get the dogs name lol.

Despite that, it has been sitting at the dealership since early October with a failed transmission. The lack of communication and follow-through throughout this process has been extremely disappointing. The only person who tried to assist us was a salesperson who didn't even sell us the truck. She was great and the only one who made an effort to check status and provide updates. Unfortunately, we did not receive that same support from anyone else. We repeatedly attempted to get information from the service department, any return calls were vague. My husband spoke directly with Tadd at one point, and although he said he would look into our situation and call back, he never followed up. I was provided an older loaner car, which I appreciated, but I rely on a truck for daily use. When I asked if a loaner truck was possible, I was told simply, "No, we don't do that, customers have abused that situation" There was no effort to consider our circumstances, even though our vehicle was purchased new from them and is still under warranty. Midway through this long wait -- still with no clear update on when the transmission would arrive -- we even explored trading the vehicle in. Considering we have purchased three brand-new vehicles from a Tadd Jenkins dealership over the years, we expected a reasonable trade-in offer. Instead, the value offered was extremely low and did not reflect any loyalty or acknowledgment of the situation. We now have a formal GM case number and am pursuing next steps under the Idaho Lemon Law. Meanwhile, I continue to make monthly payments and pay full insurance on a truck I cannot even use. Because of this experience -- and the pattern of poor communication and unresolved issues across multiple purchases -- We will not be returning to any dealership associated with the Tadd Jenkins group. This has been a consistent issue, not an isolated incident. I hope this review encourages genuine improvements, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.
