My wife and I recently replaced our kitchen cabinets and were delighted to work with Ron Bonner of…read moreWholesale Builder Supply, Inc. in Wixom. Ron was very helpful and patient as he explained the different grades of cabinetry available (I believe his company carries 9 varieties of kitchen and bath cabinets) and helped us choose the right style and color of cabinets for our project. Ron was also very helpful in addressing a number of questions we had, both before and after our cabinet selection, and always responded promptly to our emails and calls. He also came to our condo at least three times (and probably more), first to offer his input on design, which proved to be invaluable, and later to work out details, make changes, etc. and to participate in the delivery and installation of the cabinets. He also worked with my wife, who wanted to add a feature as a surprise to me, locating what she wanted, changing the plans as necessary to install it, etc., all without disclosing her surprise to me. Now that the cabinets have been installed, some adjustments/corrections/additions will be necessary. Ron has cooperated fully and promptly, including offering to do some work that is really the responsibility of the installing contractor, and we are completely confident that all final matters will be fully and fairly addressed/resolved as promptly as possible. Finally, this company's prices were highly competitive. We "price shopped" the cabinetry at other well known suppliers in Metro Detroit, and no one else even came close to matching, let alone beating, the price and quality Whole Builder Supply offered. In summary, we cannot say enough good things about Ron Bonner and Wholesale Builder Supply and recommend both without reservation.

I knew from day one I wanted Marble for our kitchen. I went to at least a dozen places in the…read moreTri-County area. Almost all of the places had little or no marble options or nothing that we liked. Most places told me that I would regret marble because of the maintenance but I knew I wanted marble. They had what I wanted on the lot. They were great at their communication, customer service and installation. When a small mistake was made (the hole for the faucet was not in the right spot,) They felt horrible. They made a bunch of calls to find more of my marble, but at the end of the day, my countertops are just so beautiful that they just covered the cost for a different faucet. It was a honest mistake, they absolutely owned, and made me a very satisfied customer.

Needless to say, the kitchen counters get a lot of use! Today we had the stone polished and resealed. Jake and Matt did an outstanding job. I cannot believe this place. Seriously…read more I went in on Thursday afternoon after my husband spoke with them, stating they needed the sink so they could get the granite (that we hadn't even selected yet) ready to be installed on Monday. We were a bit surprised because the estimate that we were told from where we purchased from said it would be 4 weeks. I can't remember the gent's name who asked me which side of the sink I wanted the soap dispenser on, so when I called my husband to ask, he walked me with out to my Jeep and tossed this massive deep sink and faucet over his shoulder like it was a pillow of air or something. After I dropped it off and went back home, we drove back to the warehouse we were purchasing the granite from down the road from them at MSI. (mind you I'm in the Ann Arbor area, they are NOT close!) As promised we had it installed on Monday with the edging we asked for, and it looks perfect! Talk about fast...I had the granite selected on Thursday and it was installed on Monday! Granite creations, you guys rock!

I have never written a bad review before. L shaped countertop was too short on one side so…read moreinstaller pulled it away from wall to compensate. He had it all glued down already when we saw it. I told him the gap from wall was too big, almost an inch. He made excuses, lied to us and said the back splash would cover it. It didn't. Our back splash guy had to extend our wall to cover the gap. We had to pay backsplash guy for an extra days work. One end of the counter has 1 1/2" overhang and other end 2 1/2". It was crooked and another piece over small counter didn't line up with the side wall either. Window sill piece has a gouge in it. Owner was suppose to come out, after numerous calls and texts. Sent two workers that offered us $100 compensation. Buyer please beware. Sloppest job I've ever seen and terrible customer service. I have pictures to prove.
