I first discovered SD Made when I booked a scent‑making session with an artist who had her storefront/studio inside the warehouse. I was instantly intrigued and wanted to learn more. That's when I found out they host events, offer coworking spaces, conference rooms, podcast rooms, and rentable studios for artists and creatives of all kinds. I knew immediately this was the perfect coworking space for me as I stepped into my next career chapter. Their pricing is reasonable, the amenities are great, and the people are cool, like‑minded, and welcoming. It's a laid‑back coworking environment -- something surprisingly hard to find in San Diego. Even though I no longer rent a coworking space, I stay connected through their local events and by supporting the artists and creatives who work there. I now come here to buy ceramics, candles, scents, and other beautiful goods. Whether you're a community member looking for fun, free local events, an artist searching for a studio, someone needing a coworking space, or a person wanting to host an event -- this space is amazing. Come be part of the fun.

Even after all these years, Rosemary continued to care about my home and my experience as a first-time homeowner. Recently she helped arrange for my home to receive a fresh coat of paint and have my stairs repaired. The work was completed by Coastline Construction, and they did an excellent job. The crew was professional, courteous and paid attention to details. I truly appreciate Rosemary's support in making this happen and the quality work provided by Coastline Construction. It's reassuring to know there are still companies that care about their customers long after the sale. If you are thinking about buying a home, I highly recommend Mobile Home Connection. Kari H.

We obviously wanted to enter a contract with whom we thought would provide the best opportunity to smoothly recognize our best return on our home investment and that was why we chose Matti Realty Group. After 3 weeks of our delays the San Diego market had taken quite a sales volume decline by the time we able to list. We were coached on how to prep our home for marked and Amanda Matti provided great art work and props to spice our home up. In addition an Absolute Top Notch promotional video production was made and posted on YouTube regarding our property. A whole afternoon was dedicated to this task by their very professional photographer/videographer and was masterfully edited causing a lot of online splash and excitement. The initial asking price was lower than reasonable BUT there was a method to all the "madness". After just one weekend of showing the house, a bidding war erupted and the price rocketed up very nicely to beyond where we expected it to be. By Wednesday of the following week we were in escrow with Qualified Buyers. We had occupied the home for 25 years and as such, the move out was very comprehensive yet Amanda was magically able to negotiate a life-saving extended move out period that she knew that we would require without us needing to ask her. That worked out perfectly and our transition out was perfect. The whole experience was smooth and had a greater upside than we ever anticipated. Many Thanks to Amanada Matti and Team !!!
