Clarissa was such a big help when it came to all the possible configurations to help accommodate us and our guests. She kept all our details organized and was very responsive to our last minute requests through email. We had such a great experience that we booked with the Film Hub for our son's first birthday. That theme was "our little dumpling". Once again, Clarissa was sooo good at helping us fit all the things we wanted for his party. She even went out of her way to help me measure the staircase while we did our walk through with my baby. We had another food truck, a soft play area, space for a balloon arch, and space for his desserts as well. I really can't sing Clarissa's praises when it came to assisting with this party. Finally, I called her to work things out, and she couldn't have been more aloof and frankly, a jerk. So, despite my interest in the property, I feel like I dodged a bullet by not being able to work things out. I mean, if this is how a prospect gets treated in the "honeymoon phase", imagine how life would be as a tenant.

Management refused to hold any of our mail--even temporarily--after our membership ended. Updating a mailing address with every business, agency, and contact takes time. Rather than allowing a longtime client a reasonable transition period to collect important correspondence, they immediately began returning our mail to the senders as undeliverable. As a result, we have missed important documents and received calls regarding mail that should have reached us. After more than a decade of loyal membership, we expected a basic level of consideration, flexibility, and appreciation. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled demonstrated very poor customer service. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this location.
