Not just anyone can rent here, you have to have insurance, apply for a health permit, and have a management certificate. I found pro kitchen rental on-line and scheduled an appointment to tour the kitchen. It was EXACTLY what we needed. Matt and Jana were awesome to work with and the facility was nicely laid out. It was a clean facility and had all the amenities you could need with lots of counter space. The only downside was the fact that other vendors are regularly scheduled and you have to work around their times in the kitchen. It's kind of hard to find initially because it's tucked behind a business but it's easy to get into and out of. It took about 20 mins to get to the convention center. I would definitely recommend this kitchen and will use it again if we have events in San Diego that require us to cook.

We're so glad that we chose Westmont. My parents enjoyed a clean and welcoming environment, onsite medical care and physical therapy, and programs that promoted mental stimulation and social interaction. Most importantly, Westmont's caregivers treated my parents (as well as my wife and me) like members of their own family. My Mom would regularly tell me about how nice her caregivers were to her. She gave perhaps the best endorsement of all. Whenever we would return from an outing together, as we entered the Westmont parking lot, she would smile and say, "Home sweet home!"

I first discovered SD Made when I booked a scent‑making session with an artist who had her storefront/studio inside the warehouse. I was instantly intrigued and wanted to learn more. That's when I found out they host events, offer coworking spaces, conference rooms, podcast rooms, and rentable studios for artists and creatives of all kinds. I knew immediately this was the perfect coworking space for me as I stepped into my next career chapter. Their pricing is reasonable, the amenities are great, and the people are cool, like‑minded, and welcoming. It's a laid‑back coworking environment -- something surprisingly hard to find in San Diego. Even though I no longer rent a coworking space, I stay connected through their local events and by supporting the artists and creatives who work there. I now come here to buy ceramics, candles, scents, and other beautiful goods. Whether you're a community member looking for fun, free local events, an artist searching for a studio, someone needing a coworking space, or a person wanting to host an event -- this space is amazing. Come be part of the fun.

Ryan made himself available for all of our questions and requests at all hours. That means quick responses and getting us into houses ASAP in a competitive market. We ended up looking at 20 plus houses over the course of several months, until we found the house of our dreams in Bay Park! The process was stressful and time consuming, but Ryan's energy kept us up beat. Ryan is also incredibly honest, but doesn't unnecessarily chime in on his own opinions unless you ask him. He cuts through the BS if he feels you need it; he is not pushy but makes great suggestions. Amy is the same, and stepped up when Ryan was out of town, helping us view a few houses, including our beautiful home we live in now! They played a huge factor in our purchase, as I believe the seller's realtor really connected and trusted both of them during the process. We are so thankful to have met them, and trusted them with our real estate needs. They could not be more highly recommended.
