This may be the most horrifying "business" of all-time. No joke…read more Earlier this year, I expressed interest in a position advertised by this "recruiting firm." I thought that I'd remain in contact with the person, Nicole Braddock, with whom I spoke there, but after a while I heard nothing and then, some time later, received an automated e-mail message from the company the actual job was at & letting me know that I did not get the job. Fast forward to earlier this week (perhaps on Aug. 20?). Nicole at Edge Dynamic contacted me again, asking me if I still am interested in the job from earlier in the year. I still was interested in it, though I was surprised to hear from her again after not even being asked to come in for an interview the first time and after so much time had passed since the initial contact. Nicole called me again yesterday (8/21) to try to arrange an interview at the other company for this morning at either 9 or 11 a.m. She said she'd call or e-mail me later on 8/21 to confirm a time. I did not receive an e-mail or phone call. I had my phone with me for EVERY SINGLE SECOND of the day yesterday and she never called me back or e-mailed me. I checked throughout the day for an update ... NOTHING. She called me again this morning (8/22) to ask why I didn't show up for my 11 a.m. interview, even though she never confirmed that time with me yesterday or, as I said, even sent me an e-mail to let me know where I had to go and/or who I was supposed to meet. Anyone out there know how I can show up at an interview if I don't know the address or the person I'm supposed to ask for? I guess I just should drive around aimlessly and pick a random building & then ask to talk to any given person inside it? Maybe that building over there in Ocala is where the interview is. No, wait - maybe it's that one in Metro West. Hey, wait ... that building over there by the airport could be it! After so much time had passed between when I first heard about this job and a few days ago, I did not remember the name of the company. Nicole didn't mention it earlier this week and she sure as hell did not mention it yesterday. After being notified via e-mail earlier this year (and by the actual company, not Edge) that I did not get the job the first time, I deleted the e-mail. So, back to the story. Today, Nicole asked if I could be at a new interview at 1 p.m. It turns out that this place is by UCF, which is fine ... except for the fact that I currently am living in Longwood (which I told the girl at Edge yesterday), and I was asked, at 11:45 a.m., to be at this place by UCF at 1. So, to recap ... I was "supposed" to be there at 11 a.m. today, even though I wasn't told this yesterday AND Nicole never told me the address/company name (uh, important!) or who I was supposed to meet ... and then, when that didn't work, I was given 75 minutes advance notice to prepare for an interview AND drive from Longwood to the UCF area. Nicole and I were on the phone and I told her that I could go later this afternoon, but that 1 p.m. would not work due to how far away I live from UCF (plus, short notice). She asked me to hold, and I guess she had another phone line open and was talking to the person at the place I was "supposed" to go to ... I could overhear their conversation, and she said something about "being a little b*tch" and then my call got disconnected. I assumed that she hung up on me (I'm not sure why she would, even if she were sane - which she isn't - and especially since I didn't do anything wrong). I then began receiving text messages and voice-mails from Nicole. She kept insisting that I was "screwing myself." I told her that she was harassing me and that I didn't appreciate it. I said that I overheard her call me a "little b*tch," and she insisted that she was calling somebody else that. (Oh, before I forget, I also overheard a "F-bomb" during when I was asked to hold.) I tried to be civil in the texts but they were very insulting. She said that I was "screwing myself" by not showing up for an 11 a.m. interview (which I never knew I had) and by not being able to prepare for an interview AND drive to near UCF by 1. Yeah ... thanks for the notice. She concluded our exchange of text messages by saying "If you don't want the job, no worries." Uh, I am interested in the job ... but if you're not going to call or e-mail me yesterday when you're supposed to and then tell me after 11 a.m. that I was "supposed" to be there at 11 a.m. today when I had no idea, and THEN put me on hold so you can call me a "little b*tch" and drop "F-bombs" and THEN hang up on me and THEN harass me with texts/voice-mails, all while trying to get me to drive to the UCF area in roughly less than an hour (after I would've spent time preparing and getting cleaned up/etc.), then NO ... I don't want the job. Seriously ... this is really F'ing creepy. This girl, Nicole Braddock, at Edge is a PSYCHOPATH. I think that the entire website/"company" is a scam.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Brad Hollingsworth Jr. at Corporate Management Advisors…read moreaka CMA after he reached out to me about a potential position. Brad was a consummate professional but also very personable during the entire process. Having completed placements for the hiring company in the past he was able to provide me with relevant information on the culture of the company and on the leaders, success and on the position itself. I appreciated the fact that he handled our initial and follow up conversation in a nice way, never making me feel like he was trying to "sell me a job so he could earn a commission". Instead he asked questions to determine if I would be a good fit for the company culture in addition to my skill set, experience and in my future career goals. I met with the organization and its leadership team, found everything to be correct that Brad had told me. I absolutely loved the company, the people that I met and what the organization stands for. I was fortunate to have several offers and accepted the President role that Brad initially contacted me about. I am very happy with my decision! I would not hesitate to recommend CMA and Brad Hollingsworth Jr to those looking for a new opportunity!!!
